Dunkin'

The donuts were good. The service was absolutely awful. It made the experience totally bad to be there. Should have been a fun vacation stop. The older lady there seemed to hate her job. We overhead her using heavy curses and going on about how much she hated Dunkin’ donuts. Asked her suggestions on which donuts were best and was told “i don’t eat donuts” in a very snappy manner. If you don’t have order together for the cashier in less than 30 seconds, please do not come here.

The short blonde curly hair kid said their blended coffee machine was broken so I had to order something else. After I paid I waited 15 minutes and watched the kid make a blended iced coffee hoping it was mine and there was some kind of mistake and he was making me what I wanted. HE MADE IT FOR HIMSELF and drank it in front of 4 people waiting for their drinks. So he lied about the machine being broken and when I asked him for a refund he said I couldn’t have one, so I asked him to please make my coffee and he said he had already clocked out.

The manager on 3/27/22 @11 am was extremely rude to an employee she mentioned she was training and it was his first day. She was yelling at him and told him to stop asking questions/ talking to her in front of 20+ Customers in a very rude manner. She should be disciplined as she has no education on the way to be a manager/ leader.

We visited this location on 4-10-22 and 4-11-22 and the 2 female staff had VERY bad attitudes toward fellow co-workers and customers! On both days a male coworker was berated so loudly ever one could hear and on 4-11-22 the female rudely grabbed canister used for making latte that had almond milk in it and she threw it against a wall that slung milk all over. Very hostile and unnecessary! Management and owners of this particular location NEED TO LOOK INTO THIS AND CORRECT this HOSTILE work environment ASAP!!

This is a lovely little shop to have coffee and refreshment and the staff here is exemplary and very sweet and pleasant but it is very disturbing to me that when I'm waiting for them to open at 5:30 in the morning the Clearwater Police come by and begin to harass the small group of regular coffee drinkers that are there each morning at 5:30. It bothers me that there are so many things going on on Mandalay boulevard with the alcoholics and the violent groups of teenagers and riff Raff which populate the Clearwater Beach area that are ignored by the police department but then again they harass gentlemen who was simply waiting to buy a morning cup of coffee and begin their day. I don't approve of the taxpayer dollars that are being spent that funds police activity like this and in this particular case I support the funding the police because they are getting tens of thousands of dollars to do these jobs and they are inappropriate in their behaviors and violating the rights of individuals with their harassment. There is never a police officer around when drivers violate the rules of the road and in danger pedestrians who are crossing legally and they were drivers that sometimes even drive up on the sidewalk when they are making a U-turn but you never see a police officer then! What is wrong with this picture? Unfortunately the coffee shop also experiences unpleasant moments with some of the nefarious individuals that stroll in from the street. Dunkin' donuts deserves a much better rating and I would suggest that the Clearwater Police department realign their priorities!
