The employees are always friendly, service at the drive-thru is quick, and I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the food. Every time I make a big order there is something missing though.

It's a good place to grab a bite during a busy day. Portions for the Beans and Rice have shrunk severely over the last few years and are pitiful now. Good value for the offerings.

The girl that was working the drive-thru window was so awesome I tipped her. First time I ever did this at a fast food joint. And the new steak burrito was sensational.

I always use Drive-thru.. always fast. I order extra sauce on my Grilled Steak Cheese burrito and sometimes I don't get it.. Kinda sucks because I'm paying for it.. Chicken Quesadilla always fire..

Unfortunately, their fryer was down, so no nacho fries. However, I was given chips and nacho sauce as a replacement. I do not believe that this was an acceptable replacement.

I went to the drive thru, I had a big order. They filled it perfectly. I must admit I was nervous, it was a BIG order. Prices are the norm.
The staff was friendly and we kinda laughed about the order. She was great.

The drive-thru wait was very long. It took me almost 10 minutes just to get to the speaker, and when I got there, they didn't even apologized to me for the long wait. The employees were very good at taking my order, and when I got to the pickup window and paid for my food after I got my change, my food was ready for me.

I mean it's taco bell. Should it be receiving a 4*? Maybe not but I've never really had an actual problem with food here. Staff is always fine but again what should be expected?
