Food was delicious, but service was slow. Stopped by today, food was on point! Well worth the wait, I wish they had more help, felt bad for the one server working by herself. For the price, I felt it was not worth the price, the tea was clear and tasted like water, the loaded fries were ok, but the fajitas and Alfredo we're on point, I think the server was nice. For being by herself she did a great job.

Food was okay, “manager” was very rude. We stopped here since it’s one of the only restaurants for miles. The waitress was very sweet, but lots of mistakes. We ordered the pretzel appetizer, it exceeded my expectations, the cheese was pretty good. I ordered the jalapeño popper burger, it wasn’t anything special, wasn’t cooked right, not a huge deal though. My aunt ordered hers medium rare and got well done with raw in the middle. My dad’s tortillas for his fajita was raw, chips were stale, chicken was slightly burnt. We told the waitress about the raw burger, who said she would get a manager, then a woman came out and told us that we would basically have to just deal with it, they said they wouldn’t do anything about it since she ate “over 95% of it” (she ate half). The woman was giving us lots of attitude and never even apologized once. She heard us complaining about the way she handles it and gave us 10% off. This apparently wasn’t a manager, the actual manager came over to handle it and was very kind and gave my aunt her money back. The manager said that the rude woman has “done this many of times.” It would be 2 stars, but the actual manager fixed the situation with respect.

Service was slow but acceptable for only having two people on. I ordered 12 wings “dry” and an small order of fries. I asked to have a side of cattlemen gold and hot with the wings. When the wings came out I got an order of 6 wings with cattleman gold on them and an order of 6 wings with BBQ on them. I explained the m cattleman wings with the sauce on them was ok but I would like an order of hot wings with the sauce “on the side, not on the wings”. After waiting 10 minutes the wings came out and they again put the sauce on the wings. I finished my drink after eating a few hot wings and waited almost another 10 minutes to receive another drink. When I received my bill I looked it over and I was charged a dollar extra for my 12 wings. A half order was $8 and an order of 12 was $15. I ordered a full order of wings and was charged for 2 half orders. On top of that I wanted a side of Blue cheese dressing for the wings. I was brought an order of Blue cheese dressing and an order of Ranch. Both sides cost .75 cents. I did not say anything as I just wanted to leave. I put my card with the bill and handed it to the bartender. When I received my copy back I was charged an additional 2% on my card and was never informed previous to receiving the check or paying for my meal. All in all I was very unsatisfied with this place.

Service was not good. Waited for more than 10 minutes for our glass of wine. It was sitting on the bar. The girl brought out glasses and was holding them up to see if they were clean then proceeded to poor our wine. The glass was not clean. Food was good except for the mild chicken wings that i believe were hot , not mild. Could only eat 1. I do know the difference between mild and hot. There were 4 waitresses sitting around doing nothing while 1 was serving 5 tables. Probably never go again.
