Not what it used to be. Was the best Vietnamese bahmi we've ever had. Maybe has changed ownership. Don't know if we'll be back.

A consistent reality in life is that the best things must eventually come to an end. In this case it's the Hot & Spicy Hue Style soup. That soup got me through some incredibly hard times over the last few years from getting 2 disks replaced in my neck to getting through the loss of a family member. When I was at my lowest I'd drop by and something about that soup would always bring a calm to my life. Even after I sold my house in Kaysville I would drive the hour commute just to visit my favorite soup that was more like an old friend. Heck, even a couple times I drove from my place near Yellowstone because I needed the break from reality. But alas, it's time has now come and our journey together has come to a close. This last visit I showed up to the menu being gone from the wall and on the counter was a replacement menu, however a menu with no Hue style in sight. I decided I'd at least try the pho, and it was good but it just wasn't the same. So sadly, just like I've had to say goodbye to so many things Ive loved in my life in the past few years I now will say my final goodbye to my old friend the Hot and Spicy Hue Style soup. You were always there when I needed you most my old friend, and I hope that maybe one day we will meet again. Thank you for all of the peace you gave me, and the warmth you brought into my life. You truly were the best. With all my love and gratitude. Ace

Loved this place. A very divey hole-in-the-wall. The food was incredible, prices were great, and the service was good.
I had the spicy pork Bahn Mi. Was excellent with a generous portion of (actually spicy) pork. I'm not from the area, but would go back if I return and definitley recommend this place to anyone who wants a great sandwich. PS. Pho looked good, I'll probably try that if I make it back.

Long time customer here, and I'd like to give realistic expectations and my observations.
1st: It is a small and humble, self serve restaurant.
2nd: The prices are very reasonable for portions.
3rd: The Pho broth is incredible. It is oily (which is normal) but not overly so.
4th: The sandwiches are quite tasty, and well priced.
Customer service is generally friendly. Food quality and flavor is consistent.
My only (small) complaint is the price of just a side of Pho broth. Still, My wife and I enjoy it here.

Pho Banh was good. I would like to try more from their menu and will be back. Service was fast even though they were a little crowded while we were there. I got too excited and ate my food before taking a picture of it for this review. I guess next time I go I will have to remember to update this review with a picture.

Really great Pho! We ordered two different kinds and they both got the spot on a cold day! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean!

Pho has great flavour and portion is huge.. better to order one pho and one sandwich this way you can share the pho and finish it.
Price wise it’s okay about 12-13 $ for a Pho. Taste is great

Little self service restaurant, clean! Nice people! Good Pho. Had the P4 and egg rolls, what else to say it was good stuff. If you order the P4 come ready to eat nice big portion. Check it out 👍👍👍👍👍

Very nice on a snowy winter day with polite and helpful service.
The Limited menu helps with not being overwhelmed with to many options.
The pork fried egg rolls were delicious and served with a sweet vinegar sauce.
The bowl was very full with plenty of broth and noodles. I would have preferred that the noodles were a bit more Al dente since they fell apart to much.
They provided plenty of complimentary items for the pho. Bean sprouts and basil and jalapeños which were surprisingly good.
They also a have hoisin sauce and soy sauce.
