Always nice to spend $30 on food and and have your entire order either wrong or not edible! No biscuits, fries were cold along with the crunchy Mac n cheese from sitting uncovered too long.. mashed potatoes didn't have gravy on them.. famous bowl was spicy which isn't something id order oh and there wasn't one piece of chicken in it that actually had chicken under the breading.. but hey atleast I ordered one small side of coleslaw that is meant to be cold and only had to be put in a container.. i never write reviews but with the hour spent preparing my order yall earned this one!!

First time I stopped about a month ago I waited along with four other people 20 minutes and didn't get served by a cashier. I left and went to Culvers, which served and delivered food in 17 minutes. Silly me went back hoping things were better last Sunday but it was another poor experience. The people in front of me left, once again got sick of waiting. I ordered for two. Twenty minutes later, still no food. I went to counter and worker said they must've given it to another customer. In a timely manner we got our order after I looked tomato red in the face. For my trouble my son and I each enjoyed a cookie. Never, ever again...

Ok, the food and service was good. No complaints at all about that. This location was very, very dirty. It was honestly the most dirty restaurant I’ve ever been in. I cannot go back to this restaurant and we like KFC, but we are concerned that we may have health issues from eating there. The tables were all dirty, floor was filthy and looked as though they used a dirty,greasy mop to clean it. The pop machine and surfaces were all sticky and hand grease smear marks on it as though a greasy wash cloth was used. You could see chicken laying on the floor under the dryer from the front counter along with other filth. My husband and son told me that the bathroom was worse than a men’s bathroom in a dive bar men’s bathroom. Everything in general just seemed to be covered in a sticky, greasy layer of something with months of dust layered on it (light fixtures, booth windows, windows in general, and containers holding condiments). I am sorry to complain but I just don’t want anyone to get sick. It is not difficult to keep things somewhat clean!

Great food at a much faster rate than before. Granted still slower than McDonald's but has anyone actually watched these people work I cant imagine making 12 tacos for some person in under a few minutes and turn around and do it again. Saw taco bell worker do that and the third guy waiting got so mad he didn't get his what3vwr in time. Manager was great he handled the man well I was happy great place great remodel.

I went in at 2:37 and cashiered with Brandi. I experienced TERRIBLE service. Waited about 5 min. I was told it would take 8 minutes.12 minutes went by. They hadn't even started! Asked again, they said it would be another 5 min. Waited another 8 minutes. Finally they brought me my bag of food. I asked, to make sure if my 2nd part of the order was in there. Got an assured yes from the employee. Went to my car, and who would have guessed? It wasn't there. Neither were some, not just 1, of my order. That's about half of the order missing. Went back in very pissed and demanded I get compensated for this. I don't usually, but the service was just utterly ridiculous. I was able to get extra food, but I didn't get to see the manager, which I had asked to go get. Avoid this place at all costs. I am a manager in retail, and I would not have taken the employees. They were very rude and yelling right in front of me about me. One was even very rude to the customer on the phone that she got upset when she was hung up on. Then the phone rings right after and she yelled at everyone not to even get the phone. I would never even think about eating at this establishment again unless every employee in there was changed for someone worth while and willing to do the job.
