Taco Bell

The experience was one of the worst I've ever had. Ordered, and then we were practically yelled at that we couldnt sit in the dining room. Okay... we had ordered fried chicken, and get told that now we have to eat in our car. Why? Due to covid, supposedly--- except not a single employee in the entire restaurant was wearing a mask, they were not social distancing, and were the most impolite. Also, the food we received was terrible. Crunchwrap supreme with practically no meat, wings with only breading and no chicken on them, and wings not even close to covered in the sauce.... unless you want a double standard kind of experience with a bunch of hypocrites that will soon be out of a job due to providing a terrible dining experience.... then I suggest choosing somewhere else to dine.

I ordered an 8pc meal with 2 coleslaw. I was told it would be a 23 minute wait. I grudgingly said OK. I was happy that the chicken was fresh. While I was waiting one of the employees asked if I wanted a chocolate cake for my wait. I refused and had settled for the fresh chicken. Got back to the hotel and soon discovered I had no biscuits or plastic ware. The chicken had a greasy taste. The bottom of the chicken bucket had a ton grease pooling on the bottom. Crazy

Waited in line here for forever at the drive thru. Finally pulled around and went inside to get the order Got to the car and my chicken little was wrong as well as a taco was missing. The food was fresh and hot though and they were kind about replacing the stuff that was wrong. We would give them another try as they were friendly and the place was clean when I went in to get the food.

Allow me to list why I would give our favorite fast food a one star. We stopped at one south of Clear Lake, IAaIA it was closed. So we waited 20 more minutes to arrive here. The outside menu was faded and hard to read. The staff member didn't know what the sign said. Example: number 6 is two Chalupas and a 🌮 on the sign but he said it didnt come with one. They don't have coffee. Ordered steak Chalupas, got beef. Wrong number of hard vs. Soft tacos Asked what kind of sauce for KFC strips, but then didn't include. Made kid tacos supreme, which she doesn't eat. No receipt No napkins. Outside unkempt. It will be awhile until I trust Taco Bell again. ☹️

This is just your typical Taco Bell. All her food is definitely on point. Now understand that the wait time can be long as high schoolers and typical burnout potheads are going to be working at the shops. I typically ask them to make sure the food is cooked well and not going to be arriving cold. I recommend to check your order to make sure it was done correctly. As I have been to these places many times and it is the cashier is usually baked out of his mind and has no idea what is going on. I do need to give this place 3 stars as Taco Bell, it may have all fake food and fake meat, everything I've had here is on point and very delicious.
