The food was fine, but the service was bad. I had a coupon and I mentioned it 3 times while ordering and wrapped my card I was paying with inside the coupon. The gal working charged me full price anyway. She didn't apologize and called another worker over to fix it. The second woman huffed and puffed over the register and told me she needed my card back to fix the charge. She was also unpleasant and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her even though I could not have been more clear about the coupon. No apologies or any attempt at customer satisfaction was found during this entire exchange.

Great location to eat across from Iowa 80 world's largest truck stop. roast beef 2 for $6 just a little bit cool. Stores seem to be well staffed

Wanted to order food but I watched the same lady that was sweeping, dig her hand in the fries, bag someone’s order all without gloves or washing her hands. After doing the drive thru order she finally puts on gloves to cut the meat and never washed her hands. After that I decided to leave.

The family loves the roast beef sandwiches, easy and clean to eat, even when cool / cold.
I'm still annoyed that they tool away the Potato Cakes.

Went to Arbys in clear lake iowa on Monday February 28th 2022 and husband ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich and curly fries. We got half way outta town and he found a long hair attached to his fries ! That is so behind gross ! Will never eat there again.

Food was warm and very quick. The assistant manager was fun to joke around with. I will definitely stop here again when I come through town.

Beat coupons for a large family. You can even use multiple coupons. Food is good as well
