We had supper which was Bean & Rice bowl with tofu, Peace Bowl & Tempeh Reuben, Kölsch Beer & hot Parisian tea. Dessert consisted of cake bites & cheesecake. The food had a nice presentation on the plate, appropriate portion size and most importantly was so delicious & flavorful. The chocolate cake bite was so yummy & rich. I didn't have the cheesecake. I was told it was wonderful; it certainly was a generous slice. The staff was friendly & courteous, too! Definitely planning on coming back!
The menu at Seedz left nothing to be desired. From hearty and protein packed to crisp and light, the menu options were more than pleasing. We both had smoothies, which were packed with flavor as well as being thick and creamy. For lunch, I chose the Mediterranean wrap - this choice was spot on for me - fresh, full of zing and filled me up. The house salad and corn chips that came with our meals were a great compliment! My hub had the black bean burger...and I mean to tell you, it was fantastic! It packed a strong punch of BBQ spice and the avo and onion were a great finish. He loved it! We tied our meal off by sharing a piece of cheesecake and this, my friends, you cannot miss. It was rich, decadent, and so pleasing to the palette. Best vegan cheesecake I've ever had, bar none. Thank you so much, Seedz. You by far exceeded our expectations and we'll be back to try the tostadas, pizza and mac and cheese!! Love this place.
Cute cozy ambience. Really loved the glass bay window seating.
I ordered lemon juice and a sandwich with side of potato wedges. Both of them were good. Would go again to try other plates for sure. They have interesting menu
The workers were helpful with making a decision because there seemed to be a good variety of foods that were appealingly. Salad pizza burger etc. Ww chose the pizza as recommended and they did not disappoint. They were both tasty and hot. Best of all (for us) they are all vegan options
Great place, great atmosphere , and excellent staff. Honestly, the food is a bit more expensive, but you pay for quality and the portions sizes, make up for that, and the quality of food is only matched with the great customer service. This was hands down an amazing mood and a whole vibe that must be experienced
So many delicious vegan options (the entire menu is vegan). From the Reuben sandwich to the BBQ tempeh sandwich to the tostada to the cheesecake, everything was bursting with flavor and presented so well. The staff was friendly and helpful in making recommendations and ensuring that we were well taken care of. The store itself is cute, welcoming and LGBTQIA+ friendly. I walked out of there full and happy.
The avocado toast is one of the best here! The smoothie that we had was also very delicious and actually everything on their menu looked super interesting and amazing!
They have special brunch on Sundays - which I’m gonna definitely give a try! The service was great too - they explained everything very nicely so you can order comfortably
This place is a hidden gem in St. Louis! Loved the food, the service, everything! Visiting this lovely city from Chicago to try out the vegan food scene of STL to see some places lacking but Seedz? Nope! This place is the full package. Ordered the birria udon noodles and my partner had the Mac n cheeze and both of us had the blue wave smoothies. Oh. My. Goodness! Everything was delicious! The smoothie was heaven in my mouth. For dessert, ordered some cookies and partner ordered their seitan pepperoni pizza for togo. Wish I taken a pic of the pizza but we ate it all, it was THAT good 👍🏾 whenever I visit St Louis again, I'm coming back here always!! Vegan and delicious, not disappointed at all! Coming back today to order more food on the road back to Chicago. Hope this place never goes away!
An absolutely amazing Cafe! Food flavor combinations are so well put together. Highly recommend!!
Best vegan and vegetarian options in the city! My go 2 spot! Always eat clean! I love the new items! Great out door patio. Everything is good!
Short Story: Cozy little plant-based cafe with tasty eats and kind staff!
Long story: I have wanted to try out Seedz Cafe for some time, and now that I've become mainly plant-based, it was time to visit.
The location itself has a very cozy and calming atmosphere. There aren't many seats, but you can order to-go and even order online ahead of time.
The staff is super friendly and happy to make suggestions based on staff favorites. I tried their Malibu Melt (based off of a suggestion), the Pumpkin Spice Smoothie with oat milk (extra charge), and a bottled beet juice.
Everything was really tasty! The Malibu Melt had a substantial black bean patty with cashew cheese, caramelized mushroom and onion on delicious sprouted seed bread. The smoothie was thick, sweet, and filling. And the beet juice really hit the spot!
Can't wait to come back to try more of the menu!
One of the best vegan restaurants in STL! Got the eggs “benefit” and breakfast burrito. Love that they use smoked tempeh and tofu along with other protein sources like beans and so many veggies. ❤️ staff are also very nice and helpful. There’s a little cafe with pastries and gift items as well. So cute!
