It's a small place, but the food was delicious
Well seasoned and cooked steaks. My husband got the pork chop which was packed with flavor and super juicy. Unlimited salad bar with your entree. The waitress was super friendly. And the owner makes all the desserts herself from scratch. We will be returning!

I have been wanting to try Clayton Steakhouse for quite some time now. My wife and I made a reservation for our wedding anniversary. We were greeted by the hostess and seated almost immediately. Our server, Lisa, was fantastic. Service was top notch and fast! The ribeye and filet my wife and I ordered were both cooked to perfection. Both steaks were cooked evenly all the way through. The salad bar was fresh, and their homemade ranch may have been the best I’ve ever had. Lisa went above and beyond to ensure we had the best dining experience. We will definitely be back!

Food was awesome! Get the onion rings and the fried green beans! I got the 12oz New York strip with baked potato and sautéed spinach. Service was exceptional! Atmosphere was comfortable and casual. I will be going back!

This unassuming steakhouse is the definition of "don't judge a book by its cover." The atmosphere is homey and humble, but the cooking is anything but. Fantastic steaks, heavy steak knives, crisp salad bar, great sides, delicious desserts. Win, win, win, win, win. The filet is killer, ribeye is my runner up, seasoned right and charred to temperature. Love it when I get the opportunity to come here - Clayton Steakhouse never disappoints!

This place has great food! The service is awesome and we loved the salad bar!! The only thing missing for me was the atmosphere. The vibes are a bit run down and with Clayton being such an up and coming city I think it could use an upgrade.

Hands down best salad bar in Clayton. This steak house is right In the middle of downtown Clayton.
The owners are personable and available. They have a wonderful menu, great steaks and a fantastic salad bar.

The food here was quite good. The service was terrific. Our waitress was very friendly and professional. This place is located in downtown Clayton. It is not the most aesthetically pleasing building in the world but one gets their money's worth.

If you haven't tried Clayton Steak House, I strongly suggest it. We went there for dinner and was extremely impressed. We had 7 in our party. We had reservations. The steaks were perfect, and no additional seasoning or steak sauce needed. The meals came with salad bar, a side and texas toast. I also suggest their homemade pies. Our waitress was great.
The beer was cold, and the food was perfect.
It was so nice to have an amazing dining experience. Please try it.

The steak and mashed potatoes with asparagus was awesome. Everything was cooked perfectly with high quality. Salad bar was very fresh. Kerry was our waitress and she had an awesome personality. My bae ordered the chicken with fries and honey mustard. Omg!! The honey mustard is my favorite. Our dishes came with a side of toast . Also very good as well.
