Taco Bell

This is a privately owned franchise and some of their prices are ridiculous compared to Taco Bells that are corporate-owned, but at the moment they have some very good deals and their staff is always been friendly and prompt. If you don't mind paying a little more than you would a typical Taco Bell this is a good place. And I've been changing recently because I think they started to realize that it's a better business model to be more like the corporate franchises.

This taco bell is awesome, down from the customer service and the delicious warm food. I cam here today around 3:00pm and I ordered a chrunchwrap supreme with extra nacho cheese and sour cream but no lettuce or tomato. When I got it it had the lettuce and tomato, but they fixed it with no issue and even threw in a free cinnamon twist and gave me a coupon for a free taco. I think he was owner lol. But overall awesome experience. I would also like to add that I come here a lot with no issue.

Lady at drive thru 06/10/22 was extremely rude and very unprofessional. While trying to place the order I was told I was ordering the food wrong in a condescending tone and told the correct way to order. I asked for a coke and before I could say "or pepsi" she told me "I do not sell coke here, you need to look at the menu" I'm not here to dish on fast food workers who are struggling during the pandemic. I get the staffing issues. But there are certain things that just aren't acceptable when customers have already waited in long lines to give you money.

They lied through my face telling me their fries are fresh the attitude from all the employees are sooo bad. They don't deserve to be paid not even 7 dollars. The person taking my order on the drive though doesn't even know the items on the menu... the workers are lazy and disrespectful. All we wanted was some good taco bell on a Tuesday and we got the worst food ever. If you don't like your job quite.. someone else can make better food than you.

I used to love Taco Bell back in the day. But unfortunately, I feel Taco Bell has gone way downhill over the past Decade. I get it. It is a fast-food restaurant, but I remember a time when Taco Bell was all about the presentation and quality. Now saying that. I feel like this place has to be a franchise because they are pretty consistent with portions. This place has given me new hope for Taco Bell. My Mexican Pizza and Nacho Supreme was good I got tonight.
