Clawson Steak House

Very lively and busy place! We definitely got dinner and a show. There was live entertainment and a dance floor where you could get up during your meal and join in. Our server was very nice and helpful. They were very diligent about topping off our drinks, bringing out our food, and cleaning up after we were done. Food was very good too! Entrees are priced fairly for having a literal 3 coursed meal. First they serve you bread. After you order, you get soup, salad, and then your meal. We all agreed that we would go back again. Also, take into consideration... service is a bit delayed because the waitstaff are very busy so expect to be dining in here for about 2-2.5 hours. I highly recommend!

Today I picked up a carry out it was very delicious and the 🥩 were out of this 🌎 ‼️Au jus was absolutely outstanding. Kelsey was very welcoming and had my carry out ready and prepared with where everything is located so I can conveniently enjoy upon my arrival home! Thanks again Clawson steakhouse 👍🏻✅

The food and service were very good. Dessert was also delicious and enough for several people. I would say however that the building and interior are extremely dated. Place looks like it hasn’t been updated in a 2-3 decades or more. Additionally they seat you a little too close to other patrons in an attempt to accommodate more guests but what ends up happening is you’re in the middle of a sea of tables and are only about a foot away from your neighbors. Makes it difficult to be comfortable and people can hear each other’s conversations. Again I enjoyed my meal and service there and would go back, just a few points that are worth considering for future patrons and the owner.

Tonight was our date night and we decided to give this place a try. From the outside it doesn’t look as beautiful as it is. The lights were low. They had candles lit on every table. There was even a live band.Our food came out in course which was cool. We ordered the calamari and the bone in wing for our appetizer which was great! For dinner he had a full slab of ribs with a baked potato.. but when the order came they bought out fries. I ordered the sizzler,baked potato and mixed vegetables. I loved my steak it was everything.. but everything else I ordered taste just like it was from a school lunch. The waitress we had , had so many tables that she barely even checked on us. Our bill was$114.

Excellent choice. Atmosphere was very relaxing and the service was exceptional and pleasant. I ordered the pork chops and I was most impressed with the hot, moist, and perfectly seasoned bone-in chops. The loaded baked potato was a hit with me as well. Dinner started with a basket of breads, bread sticks, and crackers then a basic salad with greek vinaigrette dressing and then a cup of the best ever wedding soup. All reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I very rarely give 5 stars as the rating for a restaurant but in this case I need to give credit where it is due. Our party of 5 arrived a little after 4pm (they start serving dinner at 3) and because we were so early, thankfully they were able to seat us without a reservation. Along with Christy, our server, the whole 'front of house' team was on the ball. Our food was getting served in perfect timing and there were quiet hands removing empty plates and glasses like ghosts (but not real ghosts). The interior seemed a little dated but trends are cyclical so we'll call it classic. The cocktails were perfectly blended by the bartender. The star of the show was the kitchen team - wow. Nobody at our table had ever tried Wagu beef so we ordered the steak as an appetizer and split it amongst the table (hey, the boss was paying). It was delicious. I typically don't like my steak quite that rare but it was American Wagu so yes please. I didn't get pictures of everyone's dishes but they raved about the food right alongside me. I recommend getting a reservation because when you get there, you'll want to stay to enjoy the food and not ditch the idea to hit Taco Bell because you couldn't get seated. 😃
