Panda Express

I come here pretty often and I was very upset about the way I was treated. I had ordered 2 medium drinks and only received one so I said “I have another drink, a coke and a Dr Pepper.” I thought it was really standard to say you didn’t receive your order correctly. As the employee opened the drive through window all I heard in a really snarky girlie voice “I need another drink” so all I did was smile and left, with my 2 drinks 😁

We walked in Sunday, in mother's day. We were stopped and asked if we had ordered on line? Then told the lobby was closed. Funny there where people at four tables (not together) and a worker cleaning off one table. Was told we would have to go through the drive thru. Do not understand why those others could order and eat inside but we could not. Panda is one of the places we love to go to on Sundays after church. Guess we will have to find a new Sunday favorite.

Personally I do not like the food here at all, absolutely everything I have tried gets a 4/10 at best, I think it was the chow mein or maybe lo mein I had last time and that was ok I guess, but every bit of meats I have tried from here just seems burnt and/or old/stale which really baffles me because I pickup from here somewhat regularly and it always smells amazing, they're also constantly cooking to refill which means they're selling at a fair pace and I drive past almost daily and they're typically busy so IDK how anything even has the chance to get old/stale. Maybe this is just one of those places my taste buds will never agree with. They must be doing something right though.

This store is always out of everything you ask for! cold left overs with an upcharge if you go here 1hr or 2hr before they close! very disappointed. Its may not be all pandas but its definitely the one in Clarksville IN, these people hate their job and it shows! this store needs better management!!!!!!
