Buffalo Wild Wings

BDubs is my all time favorite restaurant to eat at. Tuesday is my time to go of course because of the BOGO on tradition wings. I always get traditional all drums with a flavorful dry rub. Hands down the best wings ever. For a chicken place they are always coming out with some of the most mouthwatering burgers. Not to mention their beer of the month specials which of course go excellent with your chicken 🤤 Don’t look at my Instagram cause there is nothing but pictures of all their great food and Phenomenal chicken wings

EAT BEFORE YOU GO HERE. So this was an experience from hell. I walk in and we weren't immediately seated. No crowd or legit reason to have to wait other than people just standing around waiting on someone else to do their job. Well once I got to my seat, we ordered drinks after 5 minutes of waiting. (I kept track of time) The waitress took our orders. When the food came, nothing was right so we had to wait on it to be made right. Well after 15 more minutes the food came out and it was the nastiest chicken I've had. It was rushed and half raw. The skin was like rubber and not completely done and at this point I was over it all. So I asked for the manager. She comes and takes 3 orders off that we were charged for that THEY HAD MADE WRONG and still charged for it. Someone wasn't paying attention somewhere between the waitress or cook. She attempted to rectify it but all she did was not charge me for the food that I didn't order. I was confused. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything besides going to drink beer and hang with the guys. EAT BEFORE YOU GO.

I drive for door dash and grub hub. I have been given the opportunity approximately 30 or 40 times to pick up orders at this location, and have only actually been able to get about 5 of them. The staff walk by you like they don't see you, the girl working by the door is rude! They tell you they never received the orders from door dash or grubhub, even though we know they do. If you want food delivery I don't recommend this place until they hire more employees.

Every time o go there it’s a disappointment. The last time I went the order was completely wrong and then I was told they were out of everything pretzels after I had ordered them and my actual food (that was wrong) had already came out. Since they were out and my food was already wrong I decided to leave. The manager all but chased me out the restaurant yelling “we have everything pretzels”. I told her my whole order was wrong and it was fine I’d go somewhere else. This was last week. Tonight I tried to give them another chance. I ordered everything pretzels through DoorDash and they just arrived to my house. The pretzels are burnt there is no seasoning on them and no cheese. Just done Spicy mustard. I wish I could add a photo. This is legit pathetic and I wish we had a better option.
