We were in and out in about an hour. Coffee, hot chocolate, pigs in a blanket, and a kiss face pancake was under $15.00 before tip. Service could have been a little faster, but the crowd on a Monday morning didn't seem to be in a hurry so I think the servers take that in consideration. If this is the normal speed and you are in a hurry pick somewhere else. All in all we had a good experience.

Whenever pancakes or crepes is on our crave radar iHop is our choice. We’ve never really had a bad visit especially at the one here on Hayes street (Madison street). The food is always delicious and the service is always accommodating. The wait is never really that long but the weekends and holidays can get really busy. It’s always a good choice because they accommodate larger parties as well as little children. You can rest assure no matter how moody your kids are no one is going to complain because of the kid friendly atmosphere. Love it!

To start, from now on when we go here, we will Always ask to be in Kenya's section! She was 1 of the best waitresses we have ever had! She was on top of everything! I got the Cinn A Stack Pancakes & they were good, but for some reason they sprinkled some kind of Nutmeg over the top! I really Don't like Nutmeg! Pancakes were good without it! My husband got the Turkey & Stuffing Meal! He really liked it, except for the Mashed Potatoes, they were dry! Over all, the place was way cleaner than most & the food was plentiful!

My family wanted to visit IHOP for a wonderful breakfast, we however had our worst visit to an IHOP establishment! We were greeted at the front asking if a table was fine as all the booths were taken. There were 6 booths that were empty. It took us about 15 minutes to get our drinks which were taken as we were seated. Three tables received their food before we did and they arrived after us. They also left before we received our food. Our drinks were never asked to be refilled. We weren't asked if we needed condiments. The eggs were a pitiful amount even for the kids entree. My son was given like 2 teaspoons of scrambled eggs. Mine had about 4 teaspoons worth. My wife's avocados were brown. My daughter ordered a banana and strawberry faced pancake but received one with chocolate chips instead. Our server gave us a discount of 10% which on the check was put as a military discount. I was unaware IHOP did a military discount but I should have doubled up and got 20%. Overall my family and I were very disappointed. I wanted to leave however the children were already starving. I have attached a photo of what I intended to order and what I actually got. There were no sprinkles which were in the advertisement. An hour after I took the photo is when we received our food. My son's photo was before he touched his eggs.

I asked for a particular egg scramble. It was wrong. It was corrected by the manager. The plate just did not appear appetizing. It was corrected too. However my silverware was dirty, my glass was unclean. After everything was corrected I didn't even bother to finish the meal that was corrected. I would suggest that management invest in better dish detergent to correct silverware and dish issue. As for making the dishes look appetizing. Place a garnish. I will visit again to see if my experience will be better. Once I do, I will re-review. Update 2/13/2020 Well to my surprise this time , I wont return at all. I asked for the 2x2x2 2 cakes, two sausage 2 eggs. Is advertised for $4.99. I added den mix to my eggs, asked for smoke sausage and 🍫 chips in my pancakes, no additional extras on the pancakes. My meal came to my table with undone smoked sausage. Pancakes with some chocolate syrup stuff all over it ( looked like a child had put it on top) a huge blob of whipped creme. The only thing on the plate that was remotely right was the eggs. My glass once again had white, food residue spots on it. I did not even bother to drink it. I asked for a plastic cup. The waitress takes my sausage back to recooked. About 10 minutes later she comes back and they were great. However no pancakes, I asked why bring the sausage without the pancakes so now these will be cold when the pancakes arrive. Soon there after she returns with the pancakes and comes to the serving door pancakes in hand and asks if I wanted whip creme again-at this point I was irritated that I had asked for the original pancakes without all the extra mess. Needless to say to pay $11.08 for a meal like this really didn't please me. I realize that nothing will be perfect however Invest in better cleaning solutions for your dining plates, cups etc. I personally feel that staff should be retrained on areas on customer service, professionalism. Also while here, I sat and watched wait staff/ cooks engage in vulgar conversation about making an employee leave due to her attitude,shouting . Cooking staff female had a large tattoo on her neck and was pretty nasty with the employee. I wont return again. I'll try the other IHOP on wilma to see if they have better to offer.

Stopped in for late brunch, thinking at 1:45pm on a Sunday, no crowds to fight and service should be good. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the experience we expected. Long wait to be greeted at our table. Then a 25+ minute wait for food, which arrived hot, thankfully, but part of the order was wrong. Didn’t dare send it back. The kicker is that the restaurant was overloaded with staff. There were more staff walking through the aisles while we waited for food than there were diners in the entire place. And our brunch (one of us had water; the other a Coke) set us back $24 + change. Will never eat here again.
