clean, great food, almost no wait, and priced well. came in at about 3:20 and my food was top notch. my grandma said a burger wasn't good if it didn't have sauce running down your arms and this is as close as you're going to get in a fast food place. triple bacon beast with a lettuce wrap is the way to go

Come here all the time for my dad who only wants an egg and cheese biscuit & cinnamon roll. Recently I ordered apple turnovers for myself and they were really good with vanilla ice cream. Also staff is fast & friendly.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. The employees were yelling at each other and I could hear them through the drive through window. Also the lady that took my order was very rude and acted like she did not want to take my order. I was ordering food for my family and she kept cutting me off while I was trying to order more food and every time I would add another item she sounded more annoyed at me. Then when I got to the drive through window the other employee too my money and yelled at me to pull ahead. While I understand the stresses of the workplace please don't take it out on your customers.

This place is trash! The guy at the window was high for sure...then get home and the fries are old and my chicken club have been made with a burger patty. Will not be eating here ever again

The lady who was working the window was very rude and disrespectful to me and other customers. Going as far as complaing to me about other customers. She also slammed my change into my hand. She also wouldn't give people their food out of the pick up window, and made people pull up for seemingly no reason, and was very mad about where people felt they should pull up. They have no markings, secondary pick up window, flag, nothing. It's not hard to be nice or even professional, food was about as good as the service but not the standard Hardee's experience for sure.

Ordered a big hot ham sandwich, went 5 minutes up the road to park and eat and it was cold and the bread was soggy. Seems like it had been made beforehand and just sitting there. When I pulled up to the window to pay, I tried to add a single item to my order and was told that it was not allowed due to a 6 minute rule. The only option was to drive around again or come inside. I was informed the only alterations to orders once placed at the window was deletion of an item. Well if I only ordered one thing, that would delete my whole order and according to the 6 minute rule I’d have to go all the way around again or come in. This place used to be great but over the last couple years it’s steadily declining.

Not too bad overall. Most recent visit they left out part of our order and was out of the chicken when I called to have it corrected. Manager agreed to replace or refund. Went today for the missed item and they were out of it but did substitute for something else of my choice. Fries are a hit or miss and food decent but customer service is great.

Slow, slow, slow we have been in dining room waiting for 35min to get our food just 2 burgers. Everybody is complaining. Appears to have adequate staff. Dining room needs cleaning as well a s bathrooms and parking lot. Manager just slid box across dining room floor and non employee picked it up and carried it back foe her. Love hardee's but this is redictulas.
