Captain Ds in Clarksville TN has screwed up my order 3 times. I’m at the point I want ownership answers. The employees have know clue. Please let me help you figure this out. Vet and drug test your employees and get rid of the useless district manager

Every time I come here either they mess my order up or they forget something not a bad place it's just when you go all the way home and notice something's missing and you start shaking your head but other than that the people are fine the food is fresh

Will never go to the Madison Street store again. They don't have the customer service or the happy to see you attitude and everything was dirty. Kind of like the nasty Jack in the Box.The Wilma Rudolph store is missed everytime catfish is craved.

I ordered the double dozen shrimp dinner platter and all I got was sadness and wishing I would of opened the container before I left

The lady behind the counter was truly amazing. She had my friend and I laughing and cutting up. We didn't feel rushed to choose our food. She even helped us choose our entree. I will definitely come back if only to cut up with her again.
