I love the spicy chicken sandwich when it's prepared properly. One of the problems with these fast food chains is a lack of consistency and employees lack people skills. All tables needed to be wiped off so I cleaned ours and the floor is clean but super slick. I would not recommend this KFC.

They relentlessly send me thighs when I order breast. Like 4 times and this last time I drove up there to get it fixed and they argued with me and my wife about the fact that it was a breast ( breast and thighs look totally different and there is no dark meat on a breast). Apparently they were too busy to get it right on the phone and the employees are new. When I walked in 10 min after the phone call there was nobody there and like 8 employees just standing around on their phones. Clearly these people just want a handout for doing absolutely nothing. Also completely refused to replace my order. Somebody should probably get in touch with the owner because it’s ridiculous how the manager treats customers.

Worst experiences. Not even 1st ,2nd or 3rd time. Kfc need to improve on orders. They always forget something. You ordered 2 meals they send you one even you paid for 2.

First time ordered thru app for quick pick up. Went in store and my order was gone. Had to remake and waited for 2 other orders to be pulled. Walked in store at 401 for a 400 pickup, left at 414.

I came through the drive thru last night, and was so impressed with the young man in the window. He was so polite. I wish I caught his name. But he was incredible. His customer service skills will get him far. Keep it up!

Smart mouth mf's that interrupt you when ordering, therefore not getting your order correct and then get mad when you tell them it's wrong. Slow down, shut up and listen. I swear customer service is dead.

Horrible service... Make you pay and wait 12 to 15mins in car and you still have to get out of your vehicle to correct you order as your food get cold in the vehicle.. No complimentaries.. Nor Discounts!!!! Horrible Services and mgr
