Taco Bell

Absolutely horrible! I went through the drive through. When I checked my order I ended up having to go in to get the cinnamon twists that they forgot. Then when I got home all my supreme tacos were regular tacos. No lettuce, tomatoes or sour cream. I called the store and informed the Assistant Manager Sonja that my order was completely messed up. She said just come back in and we will remake it. I proceeded to tell her that I do not live close by and that was not going to come back in. She then told me that the next time i come in just bring in my receipt and they will correct it. I proceeded to let her know that I work in retail myself and if a customer came in days or even later and just showed me a receipt saying I did not get something that I would not just hand over product. She the said she has been a assistant manager for 14 years and they will make it right. She did not need anything else because she may not be there the next time I come in. She did not take a name or anything. That does not make sense. I do not eat at the same place all the time. It may be a couple of weeks or more before I would eat at any Taco Bell the next time. Anyone can walk in with an receipt and get free food. Maybe that is why she has been an Assistant Manager for so long. We will see if they correct the issue the next time I go in.

I'm not sure why it took so long today but there's nobody in the store, no one in the Drive-Thru line, and there are 9 employees behind the line. I waited over 20 minutes for my food order which was a very simple order. I even watched the manager working behind the line but people standing around and not doing anything. Obviously very poorly managed and would not recommend for anyone on a Sunday early evening hour.

The slowest "fast food" store i have ever been to. We sat in the drive thru not moving for over 10min. Total time in drive thru was 15min Store was full of employees, dining room was closed, and they still couldnt keep up with service. The lack of concern for customers and priorty seems to be a major issue here. Wont be coming back to this store.
