Waited at the drive thru speaker for 4-5 minutes, no one greeted us and they did not respond when we said hello. We decided to drive to the window assuming their speaker was down. We waited another 2 minutes in line and when we finally got to the window and placed our order, which was just one order of mashed potatoes, the worker went to her manager and was gone for another 2 minutes. In that time they could have served us, they said we would have to drive back thru the drive thru to be served. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Would not trust them to make food for a stray dog.

The experience I've have with KFC in clarksdale ms. is very poor. they over cook chicken and serve cold food the chicken is never fresh and when you ask for some fresh food the attudite from the cashier and the manager no customer service at all..

The only thing I missed was gravy. I really would've liked a dipping sauce for my biscuit. Hot, juicy and delicious!

They have some of the best workers in the food service industry. And they have one of the best store managers in the land, he's the goat of managers keep up the good work people you all are great.

I hate there are no longer wedges and that the $5 fill ups are no longer $5. The fries are always salty and no one ever wipes off the excess soda on my cup

The food itself is very good. Very slow service, with rude workers. Went and asked for two $5.00 fill ups and was told that they didn’t have any chicken that it was frozen and wouldn’t cook anymore when I volunteered to wait on it to get done.

And always fast friendly service (only use the drive thru) I have a 30min lunch break and I drive to get lunch and always have plenty of time to eat and enjoy my lunch and not be late .. Keep doing what you are doing.. ☺

All three of my tenders were on the small side, but it was still really good. The drive thru person could be friendlier, but I didn't come for that so no points off there.
