Mcdonald's

Ordered my wife a large fry to take to her at lunch. When I get to her work, three minutes away, I look and they are DARK brown, limp and absolutely tasteless. I call and talked to the manager, she told me " they are not old, we just have not had a chance to change our grease". Then she told me " they are fine". I will never return and I will endeavor to make sure that everyone I know will be told of this. Again, the customer is never right and you can just deal with it. Avoid this place at all costs.

I went through the drive through and I ordered a couple of the new Glazed Pull Apart Donut and me and my mom loved them. My mom and myself get very disappointed when you guys put out something we like but then you take it off your menu, ( No Good Not Fair).I thought the price was a little much even if you priced them at $2.00. Why in the world would a person have to ask for the pancakes in the big breakfast meal? Why call it a “big breakfast”, if it’s only a biscuit with hash brown and egg and sausage? That’s just a sausage and egg biscuit meal! It’s a “big” breakfast BECAUSE it has pancakes. Don’t show the picture of pancakes if it doesn’t come with it without asking!

Drive thru. I love the mocha frappe. I had been to the doctor and hadn't had time to eat. This helped until I got home to get more to eat. I have noticed the price has went up on them. But, everything is getting more expensive. The more things cost, the less I treat myself. I don't like it on the menu when you order (drive thru) it doesn't tell you the price of the item. I like to know how much things cost before I buy. I don't like surprises. Please pass that on to Corporate.

If I could, I would leave no stars. McDonald’s has really gone down hill. I ordered on the app to save time. When I got home, I noticed that they forgot one of my fries, and the other two that I actually got are less than 1/4 full!! Look at my included pics! There is literally less than one small fry between the medium and large that I ordered! This is SO RIDICULOUS!

I don't usually write reviews like this because I have worked in customer service for 4 years now. I understand that things happen and restaurants make mistakes, but after consistently dealing with horrible service from Clarkesville Mcdonalds, I'm hoping that this review might make a difference. I have went through 3 times in the last month. Each time I have went through, they have given me the wrong order or I was missing one of my items. Then this morning, we waited in the line for almost 30 minutes. We finally got to the speaker at 10:22am and were told that they just stopped serving breakfast! They are supposed to stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. It's ridiculous that we waited that long for breakfast just to be told that they stopped serving breakfast almost 10 minutes early. I don't plan on going back anytime soon until they get it together.

Went through drive thru at 9:40 this morning. Sat there at speaker and the lady said to hold please no problem. Then she started taking orders from people that pulled up after me on the other side. I said hello and she said 1 second please. I said well your taking orders from people that pulled up after me and she stated she was having to do 2 jobs. Ok well your doing them both wrong. A young lady came on let me place my order and then said we don't have any breakfast burritos. Why did you let me tell you my order and then you say you don't have what I'm ordering?? Common sense folks!!! That whole place is just a complete mess cold fries, your order is wrong and is always out of something....especially milkshakes. They need better management!!!!
