Good service and good as expected. It’s convenient to order on the app and pick up the order in the drive through. It saves time, let’s you process the menu, and get rewards too! Had a great experience when I was here last. The staff was friendly and helped me customize my order with ease. I don’t come here often, but when I do I have good experiences.

Best quality taco bell I've ever had. I travel across the country for work and this is by far the best and freshest I've ever gotten from a taco bell. Here's a test, order a hard shell, most taco bells meat is greasy and gets the shell soggy in less than 5 minutes and the meat falls out of the bottom. Not this taco bell, 30 minutes later my shell was still crunchy, lettuce was still fresh and the cheese was still soft like it should be.. best taco bell experience ever.

All I have to say is wow. Fast service, friendly staff, and good tacos. Could've been the specific day we went but if they're like this everyday I am very impressed!! Try it out and let me know how your service was.

Food came out quickly, but I was disappointed to find that my nachos were basically crumbs swimming in grease. I couldn't even stomach eating them.

Fast service and tasty food!
Robert took great care of me at the drive thru and made sure my order was correct before I left. Nice location and close to the highway

I love Taco Bell! But I hate bad food and customer service. No matter what time it is. Whether the store just opened or 5mins to closing. You should have serve soft food if the food is supposed to be soft and not hard as a rock. My boyfriend couldn't eat his food due to him not having teeth. I shouldn't have to ask if they had fresh shells made or not. I ordered two chalupa's beef supreme and two chalupa's chicken supreme. 3 out of 4 shells were hard. When I pulled into the parking lot I see someone look out the drive thru window and quickly turned around to mention another one coming around. I understand how it is to work for hours and it be close to closing and can't wait. But when it comes to customers don't take it out on them, do your job and treat the customer nicely. When I received my change back I also didn't get a receipt nor was I asked if I wanted it. I took off without asking and went somewhere to park and eat because it's 1/2 hour till closing for them. Also need to find people with more hospitality.

Horrible experience. Went to drive thru, ordered 8 cheesy roll ups and a Mexican pizza. Pulled out of the drive thru and directly into a parking spot right in front to divvy up the food for our boys and get them situated. I pulled out the cheesy roll ups that were ice cold! Not lukewarm or room temperature ice cold. This was a matter of about 2 minutes from being handed the food. I checked the Mexican pizza and it was cold so cold the cheese hadn't even melted on top. I took it inside for Mr. Team Lead to say things like "it was nice and hot when we made it" "I don't know what to tell you" and refused to touch the still wrapped cheesy roll up himself to verify. He finally told me he could make it again (after seeing I wasn't going to budge) "but it is extremely cold in here so...." That's your excuse? My retorts? First of all serving cold food is a food safety violation, if you can't make or maintain the correct standing temperature for your food that's a problem. Second, I'm not eating cold food I just purchased a few minutes earlier that's supposed to be hot. His reluctance to offer any solutions instead of excuses was puzzling. They started remaking the items meanwhile I had to wait and listen to a loyal Door Dasher yacking away expressing his history of picking up fine hot food there. Mind your business! If my food is not acceptable I don't care that yours is, always is whatever this order was unacceptable. I guess they thought we had a little drive and would think it froze on the way. Not unless Queen Elsa was in the car. The pushback was unwarranted, unprofessional and unacceptable. We are uninvited and will make sure our next NJ-OH trip will not include this Taco Bell from Arendelle.

We visited this Taco Bell on Saturday afternoon it was not very busy, the one who took the order was friendly. The food was hot nothing went wrong in our order. Good place to stop and order Taco Bell when you are traveling on Interstate 80. One thing they need to do is keep an eye on the parking lot had a lot trash around.
