I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! They were nice until they ran out of açaí bowls and I asked for a refund. They did offer something else in exchange but not what I came to purchase at this JAMBA JUICE. I paid cash and they DID NOT REFUND my money !! They said I had to wait till their manager came back . They were giving me the run around when I asked them what time the manager would be back. They said they were closing and when I asked them to contact their manager to get my refund they said they couldn’t call the manager. So I did not receive the 2 açaí bowls I ordered nor my money back!!! They told me to come back tomorrow!!! Do they not know how expensive gas is?!? I do not live in the area. They could have simply called their manager to walk them through the process of a refund!

I’m giving them one stars if I could give them none I would but the reason why is because I don’t know why they don’t have receipts I ask them for 3 drinks and when they’re making it and only give me two I ask them nicely where the 3rd one and they said they never charged me I over paid 30 dollars for 3 drinks and didn’t even get the 3rd drink and got rang up again Im really upset why because I don’t know what I’m getting extra charged for. Also, the drinks aren’t even good there tasting like water there not putting enough products in there drinks anymore.

So unfortunately they are not stocked on quite a few ingredients right now, so there's not much to choose from. That sort of puts the staff at an awkward situation of having to tell us customers, they can't make some drinks. But their professionalism really showed as they were honest, and helpful with what they could make. I was able to get a drink, and was told it's basically goin to be chocolate milk, and he was right. I'd definitely recommend coming to this location in the future, knowing that the employees really care about their customers.

I went last week and got an apples and green smoothie. It was great. I went today June 13 for the same smootie. It was watered down totally different flavor. Not good at all. May not go back here. Very unhappy. Why was it so dismoothie. I will be sending a formal complaint to main office tomorrow. 2 stars because the smoothie last week was great.

I just tried two times to get my daughter a smoothie. First, the door was locked and there was a sign saying they would be back in 15 minutes. Great, no problem. We came back 15 minutes later to another locked door, though three customers were inside, and a sign saying it was closed for 30 minutes for a lunch break. The guests inside kept waving us away. We won't be back though we live locally and are in the village several times per week.

I just bought a juice at this place this past Friday. I had kale+peach+orange - and one of the fruits were too ripe and close to rotten, that fermented taste. It was a horrible juice and I had already driven away, had to throw out a juice that cost me 5.39$! I would rather then go to a juice it up, they make stuff fresh and its good. This was not a good experience at all.
