Papa Johns Pizza

Still waiting at 10p for our pizza that was supposed to be delivered at 7:30-8p. We live close to this location and have called twice and yet pizza is still not here even though it’s been two minutes away for over an hour. I think we have some management issues at this location. Don’t offer delivery if you can’t provide the service in a timely manner. Don’t lie to customers. We are hungry and still waiting to eat dinner.

It sure seems that almost everywhere has truly diminished over the past year, and I'm sure that the pandemic is the root to this. It wasn't horrible food it's the customer service that really made this a bad experience. I don't know why just seems that few people actually care and take pride in the job they are doing. I mean $75 for a few pizzas that even though I corrected twice during the order it self, and they still got wrong. Which never did get corrected the young woman after I explained (I placed order you repeated back wrong, I corrected you repeated back the first mistake twice corrected again , simply said okay payed and I got what you repeated twice wrong) and very rude I said that this is wrong she just stood there and then said something very snide . I said that I was just going to take this order because I didn't want to waste $75 in food and if I could just get our two dessert we order. Oh yeah it will be like 15 minutes, waited went in to get the rest I get oh I forgot didn't order that . I simply didn't want to lose it and said have a good night you really should at least try otherwise why even come in to work.
