Mcdonald's

Once again another restaurant / fast food joint moving to self-service kiosks. If you know me, I'm not a fan. I miss good old-fashioned customer service. Only reason I gave four stars instead of three is because one of the managers offered to take my order the good old-fashioned way. The food wasn't bad. If you've ever been to one McDonald's you've been to them all.

I used the mobile app to order because there was a coupon. The mobile app was easy to use. I was particularly impressed with the employees at this location! One was mopping the floors near the restrooms and you could tell they took pride in their job. After I ordered on the mobile app I talked with the cashier up front to make sure I was in the right area. She was polite and directed me to the proper area. This location also had kiosks which I had never seen before and people were using them to order! I was intrigued!

The food was very fresh and the woman that gave me my food accidentally gave my son a toy he did not like. She was a blonde woman and was nice enough to give him the toy he wanted in his kids meal. My only complaint was that the wait was a little long. It took about 15 minutes to get my food and I only ordered a chicken nuggets meal and a kids meal

Can't share anything here. We were truly surprised. This location is at a truck stop just outside of Montgomery, Al and they do not open until 6am. Early maybe for locals but certainly not travelers. We were not the only customers who asked when they were to open. We did not stay. It was over an hours wait for us.

I keep trying but same ole same ole. Door dashed pancakes, received no syrup, no butter and no silverware. And I was at work and couldn’t do anything about it. Went yesterday and was pulled up for over 15 minutes on a big breakfast with hotcakes and a sausage McMuffin. Caused me to be late for work. Today, when I tell you the girl in the first window CAN NOT COUNT 😂😂😂 my total was 14.37 I gave her 20.52 she gave me back 6.06 😂😂 Jesus help it. It was some change so I just kinda looked at her and pulled forward but if you are on a register and can’t add and subtract, maybe you should find another position 🤷🏻‍♀️
