Food prep was lacking white male was answering the phone as well as taking money while preparing people's food with the same gloves on. Not to mention my friend at his entire meal before I even got my burger. The guy kept asking the cashier if it was paid for and she was super nice. I understand why that guy was in the back he needs ro be . I sent in a jacks complaint and of course no one bothered to email or text back. I'm usually not one to leave bad remarks because I work a retail job but this is unnecessary and should be addressed and not to mention with Covid and just proper food sanitation. I did a report on the day this happened on that site you mentioned. I do not recall the date as it was over a week or more now . I apologize I can't be any more than that as your website requires dates and times that I don't have. I'm not looking for anything in particular and I'm assured you will handle the issue. Google happened to ask me about my experience and that is what happened. Thanks for responding

I went to Jacks I ordered 2 country sausage biscuits, 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits, a gravy biscuit and a butter biscuit and a large caramel iced coffee. What I got was two country sausage egg and cheese sandwiches on Texas toast, one plain sandwich biscuit and one plain biscuit wrapped like a sandwich. When I got home I had to drive back to get the sausage biscuit and the butter biscuit. Ridiculous the only part of my order they got right was the caramel iced coffee.
