The Henny Piña Colada, the calamari, everything was perfect. Our server Jay went above and beyond. If you want a restaurant that has excellent food and service in City Island, this is the place to go.
Lisa was amazing , the food was great and the customer service was beautiful , lisa made sure we were ok , she did a pretty good job , I would definitely recommend the Lobster Box any day of the week , money well spent.

Very friendly and cozy place to enjoy seafood. One of the best hidden spot to have delicious meals at New York City. Our waiter is very professional and even offering us free cake for dessert.
I was a little confused about why this place was the only one on City Island that didn't have a line going down the street. If I had to guess it might be the prices? My wife and I stopped in for margaritas and the Clams Casino. The margaritas were strong and tasty, and the Clams Casino was okay. The service was good, and the place seemed okay. It's pretty pricey for what it is, but it might be worth it to pay the extra money and not wait on a line for 2 hours.
Awesome seafood restaurant, located at famous City Island. Many delicious quality food to choose from, and of course the lobster. Great friendly staff. Fairly priced, compared to other restaurant in the area. Highly recommended, I'll certainly will go back again, and again.

The food was great. We went there to celebrate my grandmother's 92nd Birthday. We ordered the fried calamari and coconut shrimp as an appetizer.
My son's ordered the shrimp and fries, my wife and grandmother ordered the twin lobster tails, and I had the shrimp and ribs.
We ordered a cheese cake to put a candle in and sing happy birthday. I'm not a cheese cake eater and I thought it was good and my grandmother loved it. The portion sizes were very good.

Nice place my friend had her wedding there and her reception it was really nice small and intimate the food wasn't all of that but the atmosphere I enjoyed myself.
Food is excellent and staff is so polite and the workers are very attentive place is clean is a perfect place to go eat with the family I just love this place

I’ve gone twice and two different experiences. The apps they give you are so good when they put it on your table. I had to ask the second time for it. But the food was way more fresh the second time.
Visited for the 1st time, and the experience was great. The waiters were prompt and kind. The food was exceptional. My boyfriend ordered twin lobster tails and rated it a 4 out of 5. I ordered the salmon and it was the most flavorful and tender portion I've ever eaten. Even the broccoli was mouth watering delicious (I've never been excited about tasty broccoli before but this broccoli was by far the best). I enjoyed the starter italian salad and the oh so damn good italian bread. Would definitely recommend this place! !!
