Review Cuisine East West - Cincinnati

When you attend a business training session that 8a-5p, your great hope is that the presenter and content don't bore you to death. Your other hope is lunch will be palatable. Today's session was amazing and when we were introduced to the catered lunch it was like eating at a fine restaurant. Fresh spring mix salad with berries, roasted vegetables (carrots, radishes, asparagus zucchini), rice served beside spice rubbed pork tenderloin, roasted chicken served with homemade bread!! Then there were the homemade cookies for dessert...wow! This was my first experience with Cuisine East West, but will not be my last! Wonderful!

I've had the pleasure to work with Charlie and his team at Cuisine East West for years as a host and as a guest. I could not be more pleased. Customer Service is their top priority. Delicious and creative food, on time, you name it. I never worry about anything but enjoying the event.

“Wow! This food is incredible!” These are the words I heard countless times during my daughter’s breakfast wedding reception held at the Greenwich House Gallery. No one could imagine a catered breakfast being so gourmet and unique! From the passed hors d’oeuvres including smoked salmon tartlettes, pork belly skewers and cucumber/watermelon cups w/feta to such things as grilled peaches w/ gotta hash, stone fruit & cheese tarts, dukkah eggs w/ shrimp and crab and banana bread sandwiches (to name a few) everything was fantastic. Not only was it delicious, but it was displayed elegantly on hand selected platters, 3-tiered stands, and an array of trays and baskets. What made Cuisie East/West Catering stand out against the competition was not only the delicious food and presentation, but the outstanding service provided by owner, Charlie Wilfong, and his incredible staff. From the moment we met to discuss the possibility of utilizing his services as our caterer, we stopped our search. The bride, groom and myself knew immediately that he was the one. And he did not disappoint. Throughout the entire planning process he was there to make suggestions and recommendations and to answer all of our questions. And believe me, this being my first wedding as mother-of-the-bride I had a lengthly list of questions and concerns. Charlie allayed all my fears and assured me that everything would run smoothly. And it did. He is quite adept and amazingly knowledgeable when it comes to pleasing and managing a crowd and we were all quite happy with the results. His staff went above and beyond our highest expectations—filling water and champagne glasses, clearing the table, cutting, plating and serving the cake, even filling in as a bar tender when needed and they did so in a discrete manner despite tight quarters. To top things off, they broke down the tables, cleared and stacked the dishes and separated all the rented items from those we brought to the venue from home. We were totally amazed when we returned the next day to find so much of the clean-up had already been done. I can’t say enough good things about Charlie and Cuisine East/West Catering. If you’re lucky enough to snag them as your caterer, you will not regret it.
