Marlin is the property manager for CMC Properties and he is great. He's super chill and reasonable about the details and everything with our move into the new office. It was smooth as silk. He anticipates your needs and seems to have a solution before you even ask. Now that we're moved in, I pass by him almost every day but we just say 'hey' to each other now because I haven't had any issues since we moved in. I always highly recommend CMC Properties now, just because of Marlin.

My husband and I are in our 11th year with The Farm apartments and truly love living here. The staff are amazing, extremely helpful, and responsive. Office staff, Mary and Cameo are always available to answer our questions on a timely basis. They are also very professional, and greet with a warm welcome when we call or come into the office. The maintenance staff are friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The grounds, pool, clubhouse, and workout areas are well kept and the complex has a nice curb appeal and is near shopping and restaurants. . I would recommend The Farm for anybody who is seeking an apartment in Northern Kentucky. An absolute 5 star!

It has been a great experience live in Garfield Tower. Emily and Jessica both are great! David and another maintains guy both very nice. I am from NYC, it is much better place than any of the apartments I stayed there. I highly recommend to anyone who want to live in a convenient location, with great service, pool and gym. Free coffee. Garfield Place is the place for you.

I came across CMC the middle of April looking for a small place to rent for my new business. Brian Toomey responded immediately back to my email questions, and I was able to get together with him within a couple days. I looked at several different units, and found one that I absolutely loved. Since there was such a short period of time before the 1st of March Brian put in a rush order to have the new unit painted cleaned new carpet installed and all ready for me to move into. I have to say I am very pleased! The customer service was outstanding! I could not be happier with my new office! I've already sent one referral your way and plan on sending more as they come up! I highly recommend CMC for all your business needs!

I would honestly have to say that I have never been treated with so much care in my needs of what I was looking for in a place to call home. Crystal made this experience for me a complete blessing! When looking for a home you are concerned about many things. Crime rate, is it centrally located, SHOPPING, school districts, etc. Crystal was by far very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Her professionalism exceeded my expectation. I enjoyed my meet and greet with her. CMC, you all have one of the best employees a company could ask for. I will do a follow up review in several months. Thus far the experience has been superb! I am moving to a small office location in Blue Ash and I have found Kierstin Greene fantastic to work with. She has been very accommodating and flexible with my expectations about the location. I look forward to working with CMC for a long period of time.

I loved living at the farm for approximately 9 years. I never once had a problem. If I had a maintenance issue, Jim the lead maintenance man was there right away and fixed whatever problem I might have. He is also one of the nicest men I have ever met. Dealing with the office staff, Mary and Cameo was a pleasure. I was always treated with the utmost respect and they always took the time to work with me to solve any questions I might have. I would and have recommend this wonderful apartment complex every chance I get. If I ever sold my home, I would go back in a heartbeat!

My fiance and I just recently moved into The Farm apartments and worked with Cameo Bauer to do so. First off, our move was remote, we were living in a different state at the time and up right until move in, and Cameo and The Farm made the transition seamless. They were very responsive and easy when it came to paperwork. Our apartment is beautiful! Cameo and her team made move in so easy. We literally picked up keys and were in the very same day. We also have two dogs and there were no problems accommodating us and the pups. We could not be happier with the location as well as the apartment itself. It was immaculate upon move-in (even though it wasn't brand new) and any problems that have arisen since move-in, Cameo has been more than happy to help us with. The management is responsive and friendly! We would highly recommend The Farm and we're looking forward to our future tenant-ship here.

Cameo has been a pleasure to work with. I was here 2 years prior. Left to go work in another town and when I returned I came back. The farm now offers brand new 1 bedroom apts and is perfect for me. location is convenient for my lifestyle. I just found out I'm relocating to California for 2 years and going to miss this place. I highly recommend this complex. The maintenance crew is very good too. I've only had to use 2 times in 2 years but they responded very quickly to replace a washer and fix a running toilet. If you're looking for a place to call home. Call Cameo, she is a pleasure to work with.

Cameo Bauer from The Farm at Taylor Mill was very responsive to getting my application completed and very professional. I appreciate her helping me get through this process in a timely fashion. I was a resident at Brandychase for 2 years and it was a lovely place to live, maintenance always quick to respond and very friendly office staff that treated me like family. I'm a contractor and I often do work for CMC, which is a great company to work for. I enjoy working at the Forum when I have the opportunity. The property manager there, Kayla Flynn, is very professional, but personable as well. She promptly addresses any issues that may come up and helps our work go smoothly when we are working there.
