This place is so good. Unlike the Beechmont location. Don't even get me started. Just don't turn into Beechmont. And don't be like Jennifer from Beechmont.
we ordered using the app. perfect! they brought our order to us, the fries were hot (WOW! thats a first), and they didn't mess up our order!

Yes, it is a McDonald's and the food was good. We just had a double cheeseburger and a crispy chicken. Both were as good as it gets at any McDonald's. The drink station is gone, so no self-service on your beverages. And like everywhere else costs have gone way up. The only thing in the dollar range and I mean between 1 and $2 is a drink. Everything else is $2 and up on the value menu. But if you order off the app and use the deals, you can still get a good bang for the buck.
The manger India is probably the best manger there very calm and helpful she try’s her best to make sure everything out on time even when she had a long line she had the same tone with everyone and very polite far as my fries I ask for them to be fresh and hot and they came fresh and hot. GREAT SERVICE WHEN INDIA IS THERE
I was pleasantly surprised, and loved this McDonald's environment! I came in needing the wifi for a virtual meeting, and discovered the workers were attentive and kind, and there were lots of old folks here for coffee and community on a Wednesday.
Drive through has aways had great Food. hot drinks hot.cold drinks cold. That all I expect. The cashier was very kind.
I prefer this McDonald’s to the other one on glenway by far. Food comes out quicker, workers are nicer.
It's alright, I don't like their food but I do like the Cafe items and drinks. What else do you want me to say, Google Maps?!?!

I, got a 3.00 bundle with a sweet rea. The French fries were cold.
My Parm McChicken sandwich was tasty & hot but they were a little stingy on the sauce. Fries were hot, but not nearly enough salt was on them. My drink was as I ordered it, no ice. And, the drive-thru lane actually moved pretty quickly. I think the addition of the 2nd window has helped with that issue a bit.
But, why can't the employees offer a smile & a thank you? Being friendly & polite doesn't cost anyone anything & the return on investment is outstanding. IDK why more businesses don't make it a condition of employment. (This isn't just a McD problem.)
