A real hidden gem of Cincinnati! It is a bit difficult to find, but 100% worth it. My husband has celiac disease and its been years since he's been able to go out somewhere and order whatever he wants from the menu. The food is so amazing and definitely stands up to the non-gluten free version. The french toast is delicious and the onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. The roast beef sandwich is just like an Arby's melt but better! Some of the other reviews seem to give this place a hard time for service/wait time etc. but honestly just check this place out when you have some time and not in such a rush. You can tell this is a great little family run business, and they are friendly and passionate about what they do, offering something very unique and needed in the community especially for anyone with food allergies. We will definitely be going back here more often and are happy to support a great local business!

I normally don’t eat gluten free foods. My oldest daughter has Celiac disease and has to eat gluten free. I have to say this is the best gluten free food I have ever tried. Omygosh and the donuts are to die for.

Ma And Pa's is absolutely fantastic! My wife and daughter both have Celiac with my wife being severe (topical as well). I myself have a strong sensitivity to gluten and support them with all aspects. Ma And Pa's experience is 110% amazing! The food is the best we've ever had and the owners / staff are such kind caring folks. We bought extra food to bring home as well! We were able to have mozerella cheese sticks for the first time in 10 years that were the best we've ever had! This is truly our go to dining experience!

This place is amazing! I traveled here from Columbus, Ohio just to see the options they had to offer. The staff was super frendly and helpful. I wish there were more restaurants like this around. The onion rings were to die for!! I've been craving a good onion ring since I found out I had to go gluten free. This place is highly recommended.

Brought my daughter here for her birthday (both have Celiac). How refreshing to go to a restaurant and not have to explain what it is, ask about whether there's a dedicated fryer, etc etc. Our group ordered dinner, dessert and a dozen donuts to go. I'm ashamed yet not to admit that all the donuts were gone by end of the next day. Will definitely be back!!

I put 5 stars as good as it gets! Because you just can't find Gluten free places. You usually have to make due with a regular restaurant and use a modified menu, with very few choices. And often you will get glutened by the other restaurants, Not here. Its all Gluten free, and worth the longer Wait to know you are safe. And let's talk dessert!! OH MY!! Mini pies, cake (that is NOT gritty) It's moist and fluffy. Chocolate cake, cheesecake, doughnuts!! only like $2 each. Oh I'm getting hungry! Onion rings, spaghetti and meatballs. Side note it's a kosher kitchen as well. I always end up spending a ton extra to buy desserts and take them home to stick in my freezer for later. You can order B-day cakes as well!!!! GFREE B-day cakes!! I have not found anywhere else to order cakes!! I have not done it yet, but if they are as good as all the other baked goods, it will taste like a normal extra Delicious cake!! Your Gluten friends won't even know its GFree ;) You can order a lasagna meal on Fridays with salad and croutons, bread-stick and dessert for $15. Ma leaves at 6 on Friday, get there before 4 or 5 on Friday, Closed on Saturday and closes I believe at 8 on all other days.

So far I have had the crispy chicken sandwich, taco pizza and chocolate swiss roll. All of which are fantastic. I might be saying goodbye to home cooking with a restaurant like this available! This is a great find for me and my wife. Great job guys keep up the creating!

Best gluten free bun I have ever had! Food was delicious! Took a pan of cinnamon rolls home and can’t wait to dig into them!

Really great food with a great range of choices. I suggest the biscuits and gravy for breakfast, and the beef melt for lunch. The only problem is that the place can be difficult to find while driving and needs a sign to let you know where it is, but this is one of the best local places you could go to.
