I have been to hundreds of McDonald’s, today this location stands out in an exceptional way. The setting- Outside: drive thru slammed, cars wrapped around the building. Inside: customers lined up to both doors, slammed. The staff: calm, cool, collected, and FRIENDLY. My order experience was excellent, prepared fast and with better quality than I’ve experienced elsewhere. As I enjoyed my meal I marveled at customers waiting in line talking kindly to each other. I’m convinced Big Kesha is the best McDonald’s employee I’ve ever encountered. She was pleasant and professional and made everyone smile. The dining area was clean, soda area was stocked and clean, and generally the other customers were happy with their experiences to. I’m F’n blown away. I’ve never seen anything like it. I can’t wait to come again.

Never thought I’d leave McDonald’s a review but this is consistently the best location. Always efficient and friendly. Never messed up my order. Can order on the app with ease. 24/7 and actually functional late night too

Did an online order so I didn't actually go into this location. Was easily able to pick up my order. Staff was friendly and food was fresh. Would definitely recommend this location.

Ordered one fish sandwich meal, and two plain fish sandwiches with no cheese and Mac sauce instead of tartar. Two fish came just as they always make them. They were fine, but not what my friend wanted.

I have to admit that McDonald's is not my favorite place to eat. Today I was in a hurry and just wanted a quick lunch. The food was fine but the service was outstanding!! The cashier was swapped but had everything under control. She was very nice and polite to each customer. You just don't get customer service like that anymore.

I believe it was the manager, but I could be totally wrong. The girl on the intercom wasn't very friendly, but with that said said manger was amazing. I don't make scenes (I'm also in service, and won't dream of it), but as soon I as I knew the food order wasn't mine this guy was ON IT! I'm not a frequent visitor, but whoever the gentlemen was at 12:20-ish on Mitchell Ave in Cincinnati, please give that guy a raise. Fantastic service!
