My order was just right. I ordered a make your own pizza with cheese stuffed crust, and the twix dessert. While I appreciate Jennie calling to let me know they cannot deliver to my area after dark (Clovernook in Mt Healthy), I was hoping to have the tip I had prepaid to be refunded. Will I order again, probably. At least I know now to go and just pick it up. Have a great day everyone.

As far as Papa John's goes, this one is decent. They tend to be pretty stingy on the toppings but the delivery is consistently on time.

"Pizza is Solid but their service has been great. If I get pick up they present the pizza to me and ask if I need anything like cutlery, napkins, red pepper flakes, parm packets etc.. I usually place orders online but I the menu changes online and I can't order what I want I call them and they make it for me if they can. Only downside is they have a few "spacey" delivery drivers." - my 5 star review from 5 years ago. Now this is the opposite.. the people that work there don't give a ****. My order has been wrong 75% of the time over the last year. I just ordered for the first time in 4 months and they didn't even bring my wings.. then they ran back to their car and gave me someone else's chicken poppers? I didn't notice until they had left. Unbelievably poor service and order accuracy. Order from Jet's in Woodlawn or Finneytown Larosa's.. they'll actually deliver what you ordered.

I had a great experience today at Papa John's. I ordered a papadia through their website and it was ready in less than 15 mins. I was greeted immediately with really friendly service. The parking lot is a little small, especially if you have a big car or truck, but I had no problems. My food was made exactly as I ordered it and was nice and hot.

Pizza was delicious I went in and ordered and waited to pick up. Hate there phone service. It's some other country answering the phone and they don't understand English. So that's why I go and order and pick up. Wish they would go back to the store answering the phone.

I ordered the Papadia (Italian) which was very good. The only issue I had was the ordering process. I've ordered from home quite a few times. For some reason order went to a store that was about six miles rather than the store which is two miles. Normally my order goes to the close store, but I didn't check closely. Why the other store came up I'll never know.

They are literally the best. Pizza is great and everything. I’ve never had a problem with delivery! Or this restaurant they come fast and on time as well .. located in north college hill so a lot of places don’t deliver but they are more than happy to 😃👍🏽#5star
