Savannah is a great waitress!! Very friendly and makes our experience great every time my friend and I come here. Goes above and beyond and is very sweet! She’s our favorite waitress here!
Joey B was the best bartender I've ever had. He was attentive, very formative and polite. Service was outstanding. My blueberry lavender lemonade drink was everything. Bar area was so clean. I will definitely be back and hoping Joey B will be there to greet and serve me with his presence.
My experience at the Outback in Western Hills in Cincinnati, Ohio was AMAZING! The staff was welcoming with EXCELLENT service! Our friendly waiter JOEY B. was very attentive and made THE BEST SPICY RITA I have ever had...Not kidding! Thank you all for a great dining experience. I will be back!

Hands down the best dining experience I’ve ever had here! Sherif (sorry if spelled wrong) is AMAZING. Sweet, attentive, anticipated our needs and Boy! Did he smell good :) give this man a raise. Give him his own store. Give him everything.
We were blessed to have a server name Cassandra. Her energy was full of genuine positive customer service with patience and definitely hard working. Each time we visit, we will continue to look forward to seeing Ms. Cassandra as apart of our time at this location.Photos won't capture our experience you just have to go see Ms. Cassandra.
Tonight we dined at the bar and had Savannah as our bartender and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Gave us great service and recommended great food choices. We will be back to dine with her.
Matt was a great server! Very attentive, food was hot and came in a timely manner for it being such a busy night. There was an error with the food but he made it right, and right away!!! We are stuffed and everything was delicious.

I had a great experience in western hills. Kayla was our server. She was great. Gave the PERFECT amount of attention. Smiling the entire time. She made sure everything was perfect the entire night. Great service and food. Definitely going again when she's there
I had the Walkabout Wednesday, which I chose grilled chicken, loaded baked potato and a Coke. The other meat choice is steak. The chicken was delicious! The potato could have used more green onions and bacon bits in my opinion. Our waitress, Kayla, was superb! She was sweet, friendly and when she realized I was given a steak instead of chicken, she apologized and brought the chicken to me. I figured it was because two of my friends ordered the same thing but theirs had steak. No big deal! I had a great dinner and will definitely go back!!
