The food was good. The staff were nice. I just didn't like the set up of the restaurant. Not the normal take a seat, look at menu, give order to the waitress and they deliver the food. Luckily the food was good but probably will be quite a while before returning.

This Panera is AMAZING! I ordered a salad for delivery, not knowing that I accidentally left out lettuce for the salad. An associate immediately called me just making sure that it was the right order....which was totally my mistake because of course I want a salad with lettuce. I seriously appreciate the call, since it saved me a ton of gas and money. They fixed my mistake for me, I seriously appreciate the gesture.

I came in at noon. It was busy as expected. Food is what you expect from a Panera. Service was good considering how busy it was. The main reason I was compelled to write was an employee named John. The gentleman knew half the customers on the floor. While it appeared all the employees were working non-stop, he stood out as someone that's a real benefit to the location and company.

I I know everyone LOVES Panera, but on some items they're a little pricy. Best items to get are ANYTHING in the bakery and they're salads rock. Sandwich's are expensive and a little sparse. Soups totally rock! This location has tons of seating inside and a few tables outside and is always clean. Staff is amazing and always friendly and accommodating.

Broccoli cheddar soup is good and I love their black bean soup. Anyways a line here but normally goes pretty fast for dinner but very slow for lunch. Bagels are fresh and the asiago is good. I love their green tea as well. I've tried several pastries and they have always been good. The chicken Caesar almost always has crisp lettuce. I like the offer an option of chips, baguette or apple with your food too.

I'm a regular at Panera and just received an e-mail that I have earned a free sandwich. When I tried to use it this morning, the computer would not ring it up. So I paid for it but now the records show that I redeemed my " free" sandwich. Oh well, easy come, easy go.

Great place to meet with fellow business owners. We take in some great coffee or tea, and a pastry. My office often orders lunch here, too. I recommend the order online...as the food is ready & waiting upon arrival. Thumbs up!! :)

I have eaten at this store a few times and today the food was horrendous. My sandwich was almost burnt, the brownie I got had a hair in the way too runny icing and the iced tea turned to a murky, cloudy unbelievably strong(I had to put 10 packets of splenda in it when I normally put in 3 to even take a sip and it was still so strong that I almost got sick) disgusting mess. I will not be returning to this store any time soon!!

I ordered the half sandwich and half macaroni and cheese. The food tasted ok but the price is extremely high for the quantity and quality. Previously when we lunched here I had also ordered the mac and cheese and I think they must have been running out of the product because my order looked like they had to stretch it out with milk. I eat here occasionally because I work across the street. If it wasn't so convenient to walk to I'm sure I wouldn't drive to eat lunch here. If I had ordered a drink with my lunch it probably would have cost about $13.00. Really expensive!

The sandwich was terrible! A couple tiny pieces of chicken and a couple slices of avocado. All bread:-(. The mac and cheese is awesome!!!

I love Panera! The food, atmospher and service are wonderful. I have CLAM CHOWDER every Fri. since I retired 12 years ago and rain, sleet or snow will keep me from my appointed rounds.

This was my first time going to this location and the service was very poor. The cashier was not friendly and I had to wait over ten minutes for my egg white sandwich. My drinks came out at the other end, which they never told me so the one drink was melted. It seemed like they didn't care and moved at a slow pace. Overall this experience made me not want to visit again.

Carlyn has to be the rudest cashier I've come across. Grabbing my phone from me was uncalled for and the dirty looks were rude. I will not be back.
