My friends said their bowls were fresh and my double-wrapped burrito was stuffed to the limit. Maybe I was just hungry but I think this was the best Chipotle I have had in a while.
The good food almost made me forget that the napkins and silverware dispensers were empty.

Although some ingredients were out, because it was late, Miss Jessica and the rest of her team were very polite. Informing us all of what was missing and proceeding to give great customer service anyhow!

Hands down one of the sweetest experiences I’ve had at chipotle. The manager Brandon was very kind to his team and he was so active and lively. I don’t usually ever know who a manager is at chipotle but i asked for his name bc of how patient he was. I like that he laughed w his team member Brandon. But they still seemed to have a professional dynamic. They were short staffed that day and we short on a lot of things and announced to me what they did not have. Also they could not accept cash that day. Other customers were snarky w them about not having certain items. But despite that Brandon still asked me how my day was when they were slow. That meant a lot to me. The ambiance is a little dark and moody to me. But that is the new chipotle aesthetic. Their laughter and professionalism despite the gloomy look of the place was noticeable and made the place feel much more warm. There were two other workers in the back who were also all smiles. This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a chipotle.

Every time I go I’m never disappointed. They were originally out of vinaigrette and i was disappointed but i paid and left. Before I could leave, Brandon went out out of his way to find me and bring the vinaigrette to me. Thanks Brandon!

The store does alot of digital orders , not allowing for walk ins, because the staff is to lazy to work, they are costing the brand money, don't care about the customers, im sure corporate is not aware or there practices. I don't do digital because they alway screw up your order. Winton road needs to get it together!!

I eat here often. For convenience, I order on their app. They always prepare my food exactly the way I like it and I love their easy no-contact pick up. They prepare and package my order, and put it on the shelf. I just walk in, pick it up, and leave.

Not bad for the most part. They give good sized portions. But one time I was here and the lady scooping the chips in the bags was munching in the chips as she was bagging them up. Crumbs fell back into the bucket. Gross.
