I have only 1 gripe for all Wendy's as well as all other service window restaurants. The service from the employees lack concentration and tend to not complete an order correctly. Other employees in the kitchen prepare and dress a sandwiches. With lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle using tiny pieces and thin slices. Wow what a shortfall of portioning the garden. Managers attention these issues are costly complaints are compensated by replacement. Train your employees and don't be skimpy. Salads are hard dried cubes of chicken and once again skimpy amounts of lettuce in a small size dinner plate.

We are on a road trip and stopped for some quick drive thru food. We got through the line super fast and the food was fresh, hot, and delish.

I have the spicy ghost pepper chicken sandwich and it was actually really good location 275 in Hamilton Avenue highway. You can see the great job on that sandwich. I can't lie but you did forget my ketchup lol. Nowadays you have to ask for every condiment, napkins straw. It's not just normal anymore. You have to answer everything you want. Other than that it was great!

The staff are always extremely friendly and my order is always made correctly and all the food tastes very fresh. It’s really hard to find a friendly, good quality fast food restaurant nowadays. This Wendy’s is awesome! Keep it up!
