I had a mobile order. When my daughter went in to pick it up, she went to check it, and they told her they had everything in there. I told her to always verify it, but she didn't. That being said, I didn't have my slaw or cocktail sauce. Don't be snippy. You could be wrong.

Got the family 8 piece meal. Everything tasted alright, but I personally couldn't chew neither the fish nor the chicken because of my jaws not coming together. That minor flaw didn't stop me from enjoying the slaw, fries and hush puppies! The meal is normally $32, but we had a coupon for $24.99. Granted a lot of food, but still pricey. Maybe I'm just getting too old LMAO

this long john siver is right in the heart of Cheviot. it's busy on friday. i have to tell y'all it is the cleanest restaurant i've ever been in. the emloyees are friendly and even with the small wait it was amazing. the wait was because they were making the food right as iit's ordered. definately a must. don't forget to ring the bell by the exit door. i love doing that.

My wife and I had a delightful supper here for New Year's Eve. Rhonda at the cashier station was fast and efficient and kept everything right on target, the restaurant was the cleanest I've seen at a Long John Silvers. The men's and women's bathrooms were spotless and the food was piping hot and delicious and delivered to our table. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

The music made my dine in so great! me and another guest was trying to name the old school songs and artist who sung them...the food was hot and freshly made, the atmosphere was on point and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. This place is definitely worth returning to...thanks guys🤓

My daughter and I stopped in for lunch. I was able to order quickly and it was accurate. We got our food fast and it was hot! We sat in to eat and were the only 2 in the restaurant. Atmosphere was good. Employees were kind.

This place is never crowded and that's good because it's a pretty small dining area. The deep fryer should've been drained and filtered because the breading was too dark and tasted overcooked. The staff was great though.

7/2023, got the kids meal, good price Nice sized piece of fish, and green beans: ordered for pickup.
Negative: no utensils, or sauces in bag. Stopped at drive thru to ask if ready, change from unsweetened tea to water, and asked for a packet of tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. No one came to the window, learned I had to go in.
Food is good but not thrilled with service.

Horrible customer service the young lady at the window took our order get to the we ordered 1 as a combo asked for pepsi 1 as combo starry and a number 6 with a large black berry iced tea get to the window and only get 2 drinks I said excuse me we only got 2 pops you didn't get combos she snapped me up yelling really rude explain i asked for 3 drinks if you have to charge fine when talking to the manager she's still mouthing you not getting a free pop I tried to explain I would have paid for the pop but after her behavior I will never come back 3 people in the car we all got the fact we each wanted a pop no matter the cost at least ask she was rude not sure if it was because I'm black or she just nasty told me I've been in customer service for 17 years well you need to be retrained.... or fired

Why would you review a Long John Silver's?. When it has excellent, attentive, downright thoughtful service. This is something you just don't find in fast food places, and you'll get it here.

Say what you will about LJS, but they make some really tasty, crispy fish! Seriously, I loved it. The hush puppies are kind of boring but not everyone can make them as delicious as I can. ;)
