Review Wendy's - Cincinnati

I wish visits via drive-thrus were more "hit" than "miss" with ALL fast food places. Everything was edible but even when I request to "please make my order FRESH, and I'll wait for it" ...it's up in the air if it actually happens. I'm not one to go all "angry black man" for that. There are far greater reasons to get ethnic. But the spicy chicken (extra mayo) is what I got on this day, along with a Dave's double. I ate it, simply because mentally I can't get passed wasting food/my money. But this location has provided better before. It was just one of those "meh" days for everyone I'm guessing.

This is sad us as a people need to hold our dollar at a more higher value when it comes to dealing with restaurants and employees who work inside the restaurant or have a dislike for your job position for whatever the case may be I don't know how you cannot be disgusted with yourself while serving other people half cooked food I just have ONE question people that work in a restaurant an that deal and handle with food do you ever take in consideration if it was you on the receiving end do you ever take in consideration that you may have put a child/toddler at risk I definitely demand My Refund and you will never ever see my money ever again Wendy's franchise as a whole

This was the worst service I’ve ever had. The girl taking the order you could barely hear her. Waited in line 15 minutes and there were only 5 cars in front of us. Got to where you order and it was 5 minutes before taking our order. Got to the window took my money then spent time talking instead of giving me my change as my order sat on the counter. Got our order and there was no fries. When I told her she got another employee who said it was in the bag so I pulled everything out, no fries. I do not recommend this Wendy’s location.

Over the past 2yrs this place didn't have a good reputation with me. I always knew it was the type of employees who were working there that didn't care about giving you good service. But on my last 3 or 4 trips this year the new employees are sooo much better in the service rendered.

I waited 25 mins in the drive thru... i couldnt get out of the line i was trapped. I finally get to order... theyre out of apple pecan salad... theyre out of all salads but taco. I place order for my kids finally. To wait another 10 mins for our food. To finally get my frosty in a broken cup (i watched the guy break the 1st cup! He went somewhere else w another cup and i guess broke that one too and gave it to me anyways) looked like they had plenty of staff but i dont know. Wont be visiting this place again

Tried to have faith in a late night run to Wendy’s. Nope!!!Never Again will I visit this location. After sitting in the long drive thru twice for not receiving fresh food we were shorted on food. What a waste. We feel robbed cheating and unappreciated. Rating Zero!

Monday 6-20-22 11:22pm I pulled into drive-thru and a manager was out back smoking which ok fine but goes in and never answers the intercom,I can hear them in there having fun so I leave only to notice a employee get out the back seat from a blk suv.and I pass him by only to smell heavy heavy marijuana smoke.now that location close at 12am and all I wanted was 2 frostys but I know they didn't have that either.easy money milking the clock.dont go hour or two b4 closing.

Waited 35 minutes in the drive through with 3 cars in front of me , and horrible customer service. Waited that long and my food was cold and hard as a rock. Never going there again

This location needs shut down. Every time I've stopped here at lunch it has been at least 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru line. Food is never good. Never fresh. Half the time the employees are sitting on their ass.

I was in this Wendy's on Northland Blvd & Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH two time today the first time around 12:20 pm during lunch time. There was a long line and a manager taking the orders at the register Erika. The line was not moving I waited 20 mins then walked out the restaurant because it was taking to long for her to take orders. I came back for my lunch around 1:30 pm there was a small line and the same lady manager Erika was taking orders it took me 20 mins until she took my order and the line was not long at all. When I got to the cash register to her my order I ask for a Butter Bake Potato with extra butter and Ceaser Salad with extra Ceaser Dressing. So when my tray was giving to me at the counter I had to ask for everything butter, sour cream, extra dressing. First off I gave that request to the Cashier who is suppose to be the manager so she didn't list those item for the people preparing my food to give me. The cashier is the first person you meet and leaves the first impression in a restaurant. She had an horrible attitude didn't look happy and very short. I see employees working there butts off trying to prepare peoples orders. Why she has the food order backed up cause she taking her time at the register. I'm in the dining room eating and I hear yelling at the register in front of other paying customers . Ericka is arguing with another employee on the front line in front of the customers and I can hear her mouth loud and clear. She even started asking customers what would they do and asking them to give their opinion on the argument she was having with employees. This is one of the most unprofessional situation I have ever seen in any restaurant from a manager. I am on my lunch break and I have to come into a restaurant very unorganized because a manager don't care and expressed it. Worst of all Wendy's doesn't tolerate the experience I had today. The general manager is on vacation so Ms. Ericka chooses to run the restaurant like a circus and wild screaming match with employees. This is unacceptable I have contacted Wendy's corporation office about what occurred in this location on Friday, May 27, 2016. GHETTO FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!

The drive thru sucked so bad! I was 5th car, and it took 25 minutes to get through! The person in front of me only ordered a frosty. Wth is going on over there. On a positive note: the kid AT the drive thru pay window was very pleasant and apologized for delay. I don’t live in the area so I do not know if this is normal service or not. I am over that way every Monday night and I will not try again to find out.
