The Manager (handsome black guy) that runs this place has truly turned this place back to what good customer service is! I'm so impressed by his professionalism and work ethic.His staff is ready to work, well groomed, works well w each other. This location in the past was getting atrocious w their staff poor customer service. The young black man who took my order was well mannered, well groomed, patient and friendly, he is a pleasure. The Cook (tall, dark and handsome)was all that and kept up w the orders very well. Steak sandwiches were so good! Thanks everyone who worked that Saturday! Keep up the great work👍🏿👏🏿

As someone who worked for the corporate owned location on Beechmont Ave... I will say this store needs a tad more attention to general cleanliness, and that the club I ordered certainly spent a bit too much time on the grill drying out my meats.
Aside from that, the sandwich was still enjoyable and the order was correct and given in a timely manner. Would recommend and likely return if the itch for a fresh sub ever hits me again.

It wasn't busy. Ordered our food (Dine in) got it in a timely manner. One of the employees went out of his way to bring us more napkins. Place was clean and everyone was friendly.

Had to return because I ordered a large philly steak they gave me a medium. Took it back they made me a new one got home it was the same size with no only onions when I ordered everything. The third time they messed up my order. Was not happy and it was to late to retuen!!!!!!🙄🤔😰😰🤨😲🤔🙄!!!

There were only two employees during lunch rush and they were amazing. Super friendly and efficient workers. The food was great and the service was even better. Don't let the dirty outside throw you off, this is a clean location.

FINALLY* I can come back knowing professionalism is being brought back to the NCH PennStation location. The New Manager Andre is hands down a class act & fixed my order from 3 months ago when it was under distress with no leadership. I can now start coming back as a regular again. ➕️ The addition of the other Manager Named Robert this location deserves everyone who gave up here to give it another try. Hands down a complete 180° from the nightmare prior to September 2022'.
