Ordered lunch for three people. We wanted chocolate Frosty's. They said no chocolate only strawberry and vanilla. We ordered strawberry. When we got to pick up window in less than a minute, all they had was vanilla. This was lunchtime! They were friendly, but we didn't understand the Frosty situation.

Staff was super nice. Even though they were extra busy with the drive thru Shavonne apologized and gave us great service.

Grandkids yelled Wendy's as I was passing by. So I had to do a U-turn and go back. The food was hot and delicious. They love the nuggets and fries with barbecue sauce.

After leaving from another wendys that was understaffed and would not take our order. We came to this wendys and ordered. It was quick and the cashier was polite and even catched a extra order ..his mistake and ran up to the second window to refund me the over charge.

This is my favorite Wendy's in the city! I always go through the drive thru. Once or twice my food wasn't as hot as I would have like it, but overall the food is normally fresh. Unlike most other Wendy's in Cincinnati. Service is always good, and the atmosphere is cool, but sometimes depending on the time of day it can take a little time get out of the parking lot.

Great good. Spicy chicken sandwich was dope and had a big ole piece of chicken. Sometimes it's hard to beat a classic. Fries were fresh and the experience was good. Excited to see the mobile order spots. Staff definitely needs some help but they did well for the team they had 👍👍

The food was hot and fresh. I'd rather wait for hot good then be rushed thru for yesterday's leftovers(maybe a tiny bit of an over exaggeration) so the so so slow service was frustrating we did get good food. The problem was severely under staffed(like everywhere) and not the friendliest person(only saw 2 total so kinda understood) so with all that said, still 4 stars cause they were open and the food was fresh and that's a harder job then people give credit for.
