It was worth the wait. I haven't had hot white castles in a minute. Only 2 people was working which was sad but if it takes just 2 people to make sure your food is hot and right. I'll wait 15 minutes all day. My mozzarella cheese sticks was perfect. Good job 1 woman a 1 man crew.

The food is always nicely prepared. The service is a little on the slow side so do go there if you're in a hurry. A popular neighborhood location.

Aw man, last time I was in Cincinnati I was 14. This is my first time eating it since then I'm 26 now. It's as good as I remember but this location has always been slow they only have one cook for some reason. I'll give it 4 stars for good ol times but they loose one star since they took so long.

White Castle has been around for a long time. I enjoy their breakfast sliders and evevthough white castle burgers don't taste as good as they did back in the day they are good to have one on occasion. Try their fish I enjoy a good fish slider. Yum!

Well if anybody really know me they know I love White Castles and I don't care which one I have been to I always seem to get mad hot and every time I go my service is good I can't speak for everybody but when I have been to White Castle's my service be good I like a lot of the girls that work daddy will friendly they come to the window and say hi to me so I have nothing negative to say about White Castle's I love it

ALWAYS our first stop when we arrive from Texas! We need a White Castle in Grand Prairie, Texas!

I arrived at 11:00 am. I managed to beat the lunch time rush as it was not busy at all. I brought my wife and three children and there was plenty of seating. They did have a high chair for my one year old too which was very convenient. There were two older gentlemen sitting together who were quite friendly. The service was prompt an the food was as good as you cam expect from a fast food joint.

This White Castle location is one of the best that I've visited. My food and coffee are always fresh. Daniel and Niecee, as well as other staff are always polite, friendly, and hard working. Thanks for providing excellent customer service!
