I don't think I know what my waiter's name is but he was very good!! He even went out of his way to give me a to-go coke and a handful of mints 😁 he's a very good waiter. They weren't necessarily slammed but he had other tables and he was still very attentive without being overbearing and I feel like that's a lost skill on a lot of waitstaff these days, so I felt compelled to mention that 😁

The sweet woman MICHELLE gave me the best customer service tonight, it was an misunderstanding with my food and she resolved it with no issues she even offered to keep the rest of my food under the heat while my pizza was getting remade. Michelle please keep up the good work you deserve a promotion definitely made my night with how you handled everything PROFESSIONALLY!!! By the way the food is bomb!!!! Thanks again!!!

Went in using Strike Out for Slices vouchers. Decided to order spaghetti deal instead and take home the pizza. Sauce for the spaghetti tasted a little different than normal, almost burnt. We had a trainee who seemed a bit overwhelmed which caused several items not to come out.
Trainor spot checked and made everything right. Kudos to her for recognizing what was happening and made sure a table full of hungry kids didn't have a melt down.

Needed background music. Food was great as usual but somewhat slow coming out which translated to a bit slow in service however most likely short a few staff. The server however did get everything correct and to the correct people. We in fact tipped her very well. Considering a slight labor shortage still ongoing, the overall experience was still really good for our party of 10. We dinner with relatives from California that we haven't seen in years.

The food is always good at LaRosa's. Not too many dine in pizza restaurant anymore. I wished the would go back to the wheat bun. I don't like poppyseeds and the bun is always hard and crunchy.

Bad Customer relations. A little while ago I placed an online order from my local La Rosa's. When it came, the garlic bread with cheese had no cheese, the onion twists were soggy and the sauce was missing.<br/><br/>The supervisor on the call line said she would call the restaurant and have the correct items sent out. I will be charged an additional $1.79 for the cheese, despite her admission that the web site is misleading and confusing. The delivery person will also "exchange" the soggy onion twists.<br/><br/>Can you believe it? What a penny-pinching insult! I certainly will not be ordering from them again. <br/><br/>A very dissatisfied customer.
