It's a chipotle, you usually get the same food and service at them all. When I went to this one, they were a bit light on the portions.

I stopped in and got 2 barito bowels the serving sizes was very big food was great no issues there the lobby part was a little messy Wich can be expected for the amount of ppl that go to this location being right next to universitie of Cincinnati the only bad experience was no ice for ur drink and all the flavors tasted weak like they needed changed including the custom fluid drinks.

I generally enjoy Chipotle. I went late at night with some friends and asked for plain white rice, I was expecting to have to pay atleast $2 but the employee only charged me 50 cents! the service was pretty good for how late it was.

My first Chipotle experience was here. They gave samples of the food, and helped me find what I wanted. I have gone back many times and will continue to enjoy the service and food.

Definitely need to work on. Make sure their food is fresh until the end of the night. Chips were super stale and hard. Very disappointing the staff there it’s pretty nice.

i came to this chipotle with my boyfriend and the line workers were all extremely nice and eager to help us! everything looked fresh and tasted amazing. the manager, mack, was also very kind and funny. overall amazing experience and i definitely recommend coming here!
