The place was dead inside, no music very little workers had to wait and ask if someone was working the front counter

Great experience. Great tasting food. No line in drivethrough at the time i went through which was about 7:10 pm. The staff were kind. No noticiable trash laying around outside. The tacos had plenty of meat and were crunchy. The nacho grande was awesome. What i was most surprised about was that the refried beans were not all dried out which is very rare gor a taco bell.
Over all id say one of the best taco bells ive been to in cincinnati.

Bro these are the best fries I’ve ever had from Taco Bell… The lady was so nice at the drive-through she said thank you and have a nice night and everything just super sweet girl.

The only complaint I have is more ingredients felt like I was eating a plan toco and burrito other than that service was great and they was very nice

Today, I went inside for lunch and they were extremely busy. My kiosk order got lost in the shuffle and the realized that I had been patiently waiting for 15 minutes or so. The shift leader Geeta apologized profusely and got my tacos ready quickly (and with generous fillings).
I sat down and realized that I had not paid her as it was a cash order. Geeta told me not to worry about it since I had to wait with a big smile. 5 stars to Geeta in particular. She knows how to give great customer service! Oh--the taco supremes were great!!! Still my favorite Taco Bell!

This Taco Bell is one of the nicer ones. Atmosphere is pleasant, staff are friendly, and the food was actually hot temp wise when I got it. This is my Taco Bell of choice.

Was in there tonight for a pick up around 5:30pm(4/27/2023) and the staff was awesome very friendly and great attitudes. They remade my drink because it was melting. What a wonderful Crew you have.

Sadly, the dining room wasn't open. So, as asked, I went through the drive thru. This has to be the nicest Taco Bell anywhere! The server at the window, Holly, was so genuinely kind and helpful! And my burrito was fresh! This visit has restored my hopes for Taco Bell's future. Usually, at others, the food is dry and the service is almost hateful.

Drive thru ladies are always so courteous. It's weird to say but they leave you in a good mood.
Food is hot and made with care even though it's taco bell. My fav location.

Had a great experience at this location, the nacho fries were hot, fresh and seasoned very well. Taco Bell’s are sometimes hit or miss, but still felt obligated to give kudos to whomever made these fries!

I assure you I'm not being paid for this review.
I have not had good experiences with several taco bell locations lately,
However, today my visit was very acceptable.
My order was prepared correctly, and quickly.
They appeared to be well staffed, and employees were polite. Their dining room was open, unlike other locations.
The best Taco bell experience I've had in months, if not years.
I may start driving out of my way just to purchase from this location.
