Great service and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The service is fast and accurate. Great place for either a quick bite to go, or to just sit, relax an enjoy ur meal with family and friends. Great location as well, many stores and shopping centers located around and near. Take a break from shopping, get a bite to eat here, and then go back shopping.

Went on a friday night , which we thought was pretty risky , but the staff was really on-point. Hot food, friendly service, and we could clearly see the young manager running around making sure everything was okay with all the other customers that were there. If they could keep this up, one of the best steak n shakes. Straight up.

3 stars for room temp food and fries that looked like they had been cut with scissors for a toddler. They were too small to dip in ketchup up without things getting messy. 5 stars for our attentive and kind waitress even during a packed lunch time.

We were there a bit after 2 PM, the 4 meals 4 items for 4 dollars was a steal. Three of us went for lunch today, Food was hot and tasty, the most surprising thing was how soon we got our foods. We quit going to S&S many years ago, because the constant long wait on our foods and lack of services. Our waitress today changed all those bad feelings today. The cookie was delicious.

Many of the Steak 'n Shakes in my area are sub par. This one however has fantastic service and the food was excellent. I would recommend Steak n'Shake to other people but their stores are inconsistent. If you are going to have it though, this is one you want to stop by. They are on point and give you the best of what they have to offer, which is very good food

Good food and good service. They have free WiFi. Unfortunately they stopped selling cottage cheese, but I'll live. The servers are friendly and perky, they make you feel very welcome. The service is prompt, the good is quick, hot, and the way I ordered it.

First time I've ever been to a steak and shake. The entire staff was amazing. They were all excited that I'd never been before, and treated my wife and I amazingly well the entire time. Best fast food burger I've ever had. Awesome banana chocolate milkshake. Shannon, our waitress was fantastic, and the cook spiced up our burgers in an amazing way. Honestly, if we're driving anywhere near here, like, within 45 miles, I'll go here again.

I've been here 4 times now and really never had a complaint. Never to busy, staff are nice, food is how I would expect it and cheaper than most places. Not fine dinning by any stretch but open 24 hours and a good choice for a quick lunch or dinner.

The food was out fast and as good as it gets for fast food which is thier thing so I'm not hating. The 4 dollar meals can't be beat in quality and portion size, especially when you have a bunch to feed. Our waiteress Brianna was extremely nice, great service, and even jumped our car after we left the lights on. Great place to have a good meal with the family that won't break the bank.
