Beautiful cafe at the entrance of Contemporary Art Center. Friendly staffs and good service. I had buckwheat grain salad, so gorgeous, also healthy and tasty, with a good balance of flavor and texture. The cafe gets full quickly at lunch time so go a little early if you want to avoid the crowd.
Yum! Everything is really good! Awesome quick lunch spot with elevated food. Grabbed lunch on a recent work trip with a team. Everyone was really impressed with their food and food envy was had across the entire table. I had the chicken salad sandwich, which was very tasty. A few people had the avocado and tomato salad and all raved about how delicious it was. Another person got the Cubano and said it was very good. The space was busy with a lot of business lunch goers, but there was enough seating to accommodate all who dined there. Nice and bright with all the windows. I’ll be back again!
My husband and I planned a small (30 people) impromptu wedding in about 1 month. Following the ceremony, we had a 5-course dinner celebration with wine pairings at Fausto. We could not be happier with how the dinner went! First, Tony and Austin were the best to work with – they were easygoing and professional from the start and their communication throughout the planning process was fantastic. They allowed us to bring in our own table decor and printables - which they setup for us, however they did offer the option to take care of decor/printables for us. The night was exactly what we envisioned. We had a blast and everything from the setup to intimate setting, service, presentation, and meal was absolutely delightful. The food was ah-mazing and the wine pairings were perfect. Tony, Austin, and the rest of the Fausto staff made us and our guests feel welcome. You can tell they really love what they do. 10/10!
Ordered the smoked & charred beet salad with chicken and was not disappointed! It's a smokey umami bomb, with nutty flavours interplaying with the smokey-ness of the beets and a plethora of textures experienced with each bite. I would recommend trying this even as is (sans protein). My sincere compliments to the chef ❤️
So glad to have a brunch place back inside of CAC!! We've been in a few times already and have not been disappointed. The espresso and baristas are fantastic. Friendly staff, excited to come back and check out the dinner menu!
I have never eaten here before but was excited to try it so I ordered a sandwich for delivery. I got the steak sandwich and a cookie.
This sandwich was absolutely delightful!! I have not had a sandwich this damn good in a long time. The bread was perfectly cooked, crunchy and soft! The flavors were incredible and didn’t feel like anything over powered anything else. It was kinda messy to eat which means you know it’s full of good stuff.
I genuinely don’t know if I can even eat a sandwich at penny station or jersey mikes ever again…
(Also the cookie was good af)

After reading various reports of the excellent food to be found at Fausto my wife and I decided to drop by. What was a simple lunch turned out to be one of the best meals in memory. We shared a chicken salad sandwich, gazpacho, green beans and roasted potatoes. Every bite of each dish was perfectly balanced in flavor and texture. We are certain to return to sample more of the menu. Chef Phil Gentry is an all star!
Looks good, feels good. The coffee, food and wine are exceptional. The Ferrari Brothers brought fresh, simple dishes full of flavor to the table - you can't go wrong, they are beautifully crafted and taste even better. Fausto has partnered with local farms, bakeries, roaster, etc., so I can assure you are getting only the absolute best.
I highly recommend stopping by for a coffee on your way to work and popping in for a lunch (soon to be dinner) date so you can share a couple dishes because it is way too hard to choose just one. Now, go give them some love!
This restaurant is definitely one of my new favorites in downtown Cincinnati. I recently took my brother who was in from out of town and we were both wowed by the service and the food, as well as the coffee. We both got the maple wood cold brew, which was absolutely perfect for a hot summer day. I got the baked eggs, and found the portion size to be just enough to the point where I felt full. In addition the the amazing food and great service, the general atmosphere was welcoming and kind. The owners, Austin and Tony took the time to come over to the table and talk to us, a nice touch that not many people do. Overall, a great experience, 10/10 would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to find something new.
