I, like Penn Station. Since, I can no longer eat bread. I, had not gone there in sometime. I, got it without the bread it was good. Just have to eat it while it's hot. Better tasting than I thought it would be. Next, time I'll get fries as well.

Man, I love this place. Unfortunately, everything is expensive so we don't get it often. If you want to pay a lot, you'll love it. I think they should have more options for the price of everything and that would surely get me in there.

We always call ahead so our food is almost ready or just coming out when we arrive.
We love how they wait until you arrive before the drop your fries, so you have fresh hot french fries!
Great customer service, always friendly, never hear the employees fighting with each other, and the restaurant is always CLEAN.

Food was good, people were nice, no complaints. Their chocolate cookies here are amazing, I could eat a thousand. Well, no, I could probably only eat a few because they're pretty big. But you get my point.
Only ever gotten Club Sandwiches, every time. Which either means I have no creativity or their Club Sandwiches are just good enough to not warrant me getting anything else. Perhaps both. It's the only Penn Station I've been too, but I don't have anything bad to say about it, was swell.

Philly cheese steak and the chicken teriyaki never get old. Their fries are amazing and although I'm not a huge lemonade person, its pretty good for freshed squeezed!

See setup is definitely more streamlined. Wish the meat portion was more consistent - kinda depends on who’s making your sandwich whether or not you have a full sandwich of meat or just crumbles. Otherwise, service has improved and it’s for the best.

This is one of the best Penn stations on the west side of Cincinnati. Very easy to miss if you haven't been to this gem; but, has always had great service and consistent quality.

Really enjoyed my time here, especially the atmosphere. Seems like all the employees know what they are doing and take care of the place pretty well. The food is also top notch served very fresh and you can add in fresh baked cookies that are to die for or fresh squeezed lemonade. No complaints from me. Although it may take a while for your food to come out, its worth the wait due to its high quality!

We usually order ahead and pick up. They get behind sometimes which is understandable. But the food is always perfectly prepared, hot and delicious at this location. They really do a great job.

Wow. Food was great as always. That's not why I'll be coming back though. The manager/ owner really cares about his customers. When i placed my order, I ordered an additional sandwich to go. When he brought my sandwich to my table, he informed me he would make the other sandwich later so it would still be fresh. Very thoughtful, without even asking.

They have consistently good service. Their food is high quality for a chain. They are always clean. The only issue is that their front parking is limited but it is made up for by the amount of parking in the rear of the store and public entrance in the rear.
You cannot go wrong with a Cheesesteak and Fries. Bring a friend and order the large!
