My absolute favorite chipotle ever. Everybody is super friendly, they always provide good portion sizes and everyone is just in a good mood and they are very efficient and I’m not waiting forever to get my food. Everything is always getting refilled when they get low so I am not getting the bottom of what’s left. I love this one
Best group of workers. I've been going here for years and even when the hires come aboard you would think they've been here for years, for their passion blends in with the veterans which makes this Chipotle the best in my opinion. Super great service ❤️
Chipotle is ALWAYS one of my favorite places to go for a “cheat meal”. I love the customized burritos! Their staff at all of their locations is usually on point as well. Smiling. Greet you upon entering.
Cincinnati's OG Chipotle! I remember coming to this Chipotle when there's wasn't Chipotles on every corner. Brings back so many memories! Good food, atmosphere, and service!

Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed the clean and well-organized environment, a vast improvement from my previous visits. The establishment was buzzing with energy, and the staff members seemed genuinely enthusiastic about their roles, greeting customers with warm smiles and attentive service.
The team was working together seamlessly, ensuring that each customer's order was prepared quickly and accurately. I was particularly impressed with how efficiently the staff members were communicating with one another, which made the entire ordering process smooth and hassle-free. They were also more than willing to accommodate any customizations or special requests, which made my experience feel personal and unique
I love Chipotle restaurant and I always like to order the bowl and put brown rice with chicken and corn in it, add tomatoes and lettuce, and finally add the delicious Tabasco sauce, so the taste is very wonderful 😋👌🏼 This branch is beautiful and spacious and has a beautiful outdoor seating 👍🏼😍
Location in Hyde Park can be a dice roll sometimes. It's normally very busy. Not sure if I found a lucky window, but I got in an out quickly. Line staff looked like it had been a long day, but all were super friendly and helpful. Assuming it was the manager, someone referred to as I think Ashley, that was jumping from place to place to help staff with various items. Hope it's this good every time I go. Chicken bowl was great and perfect way to end the weekend.
Granddaughter is a huge fan of Chipotle. She would not mind going there EVERYDAY.
And she only gets rice, chicken and cheese.
If she likes it ,,I love it.

The food quality was top notch the best Chipotle I've had in a long time. The girl was not very good at customer service who worked tortillas station not polite or friendly to all customers. How ever the young man who was on cashier is the reason why I gave that extra Star ✨⭐ Kudos kid he needs a raise!!
