This place is good now. I think they had a new management change because a couple months prior, they were always backed up like crazy. If you placed an online order, you could easily wait an hour for your food even if you got an alert saying it was ready for pickup. And the food was questionable to say the least. Always had my wings cooked extra because almost every time, a wing would be pretty much raw. And the staff was extremely rude.
Now, it’s totally different. Food gets cooked and ready on time, the place is clean, seems better managed, and there’s new people. And most importantly, the food is great now. The wings are cooked perfectly and taste amazing.
First time bringing my family to get take-out at Wingstop in Cincinnati Ohio the food was nicely cooked and the drinks were iceberg cold lol and the customer service was great!
Was going to rate a 2 due to not being greeted upon walking in nor acknowledged until they called out my name for my order but the food made it a four, phenomenal!! Awesome job on the mill wings just try to greet your customers ;)
The staff tonight were extremely helpful and accommodating. It took a very long time to get my food, however the food was delicious! My wings were well sauced and my fries crispy and well seasoned. They also comped me for the inconvenience so I appreciate that!
My boyfriend loves Wingstop but I think it's just OK. It's way over priced. Their garlic Parm boneless wings are so yummy!
10/10 on service and product! I had a 400 piece order due at 1130a for pickup and the two staffers on site knocked it out no problem. They were so kind and polite to everyone who came through while I waited on my order. There folks working this morning crushed it! I’m so grateful for them.
The ghetto!!! The food is great though, be prepared to wait.
The wings here are AWESOME, customer service is lacking but we went on a Friday night and who doesn't hate their job on Friday night.

I've always wanted to go here ever since I saw the ads for this place on facebook and especially because I love trying out wing joints. Long story short: really good freaking wings. You have your standard choice between boneless and traditional. Surprisingly, both options offer about the same amount of meat. Grab a combo meal and you'll get a fountain drink and a side of fresh cut fries, as well. I honestly can't think of a better combo than wings and fries and this place does it well. In the picture, I had the following sauces: atomic, mango habanero, bbq, Cajun, and lemon pepper rub (not a sauce, actually but a dang good rub.) The atomic was by far my favorite and the hottest that wingstop offers. I would put the heat of that sauce on par with an actual habanero, which is great if you love heat mixed with flavor. The mango habanero sauce was a lot milder than I thought it would be, but the flavor is still amazing. It's like a glaze that has a great blend of sweet and heat. The bbq and Cajun were just that, but still done really well. Classics to me never get old. The lemon pepper rub was interesting, but not my kind of thing. I'm sure there are others out there who would enjoy that type of flavor, though.
All in all, go here instead of Bdubs if you're looking for better wings and cheaper prices. By the way, if you're dining in, they do have a decent selection of beer!
Also a note: the staff at this particular location were all super friendly and helpful! The nice girl working the cash register even let me sample some of the sauces before I made a selection!
