First time bringing my family to get take-out at Wingstop in Cincinnati Ohio the food was nicely cooked and the drinks were iceberg cold lol and the customer service was great!

My boyfriend loves Wingstop but I think it's just OK. It's way over priced. Their garlic Parm boneless wings are so yummy!

Was going to rate a 2 due to not being greeted upon walking in nor acknowledged until they called out my name for my order but the food made it a four, phenomenal!! Awesome job on the mill wings just try to greet your customers ;)

The wings here are AWESOME, customer service is lacking but we went on a Friday night and who doesn't hate their job on Friday night.

This place is good now. I think they had a new management change because a couple months prior, they were always backed up like crazy. If you placed an online order, you could easily wait an hour for your food even if you got an alert saying it was ready for pickup. And the food was questionable to say the least. Always had my wings cooked extra because almost every time, a wing would be pretty much raw. And the staff was extremely rude.
Now, it’s totally different. Food gets cooked and ready on time, the place is clean, seems better managed, and there’s new people. And most importantly, the food is great now. The wings are cooked perfectly and taste amazing.

The staff tonight were extremely helpful and accommodating. It took a very long time to get my food, however the food was delicious! My wings were well sauced and my fries crispy and well seasoned. They also comped me for the inconvenience so I appreciate that!
