This place is soooo much better than the Glenway location! They got the food I ordered online together quickly, and most importantly, correctly! Good portion sizes for the most part, though the kids quesadilla was rather small, in my opinion. But at least there was chicken in it, and they didn't forget his chips or drink! They were very nice and polite as well, and the store looked clean, so definitely will drive the extra couple of miles to go to this one again instead of the one that is half a mile from my home!
This location stands out above the other local spots.
The staff here is generally friendly and prompt. They have the items they advertise and put the order together properly.
As for atmosphere, it is a chipotle. This is rarely an eat in place for me but it is a legitimate option as it is clean and maintained.
How come every night they seem to run outta something here? Always at 7 or 8 they are out of either chicken, sour cream, queso, or some food item. Common sense, order more!!!!!!!
I've only been to this location twice since moving to Delhi, the service was great, employees friendly, clean restaurant, food tasteful.
staff was very friendly. Helped out a first time customer in front of me and made sure she had a great time there. It had been a while since I've gone to Chipotle portion. Sizes on protein or noticeably smaller and the price is definitely gone up but it's same quality of food as what I remember.
Love chipotle however this location always runs outta food nearly every night around 7 or 8.
Update... They must have changed management since my last visit. This time the food was hot, full serving, and the staff was great. Good job Chipotle!
When they aren't shorting the customer on meat, their online orders are never ready on time. Expect your online order to take at least 30 minutes more than the time given.
This, store was clean, a little dark, the customer service was truly great.
Update: The portions are awesome now! I would absolutely visit this establishment now. The employees are kind and generous. Food is fresh. Previous review 3 yrs ago :(The food is just as good here as any other Chipotle but the amount of food that they serve you in your burrito bowl is about half of what you will get if you go a few miles down the road to Glencrossing way. After multiple trips to the one on Delhi Pike which is closer to us, we have learned that we should just make the trip to go to Glencrossing way Chipotle.)
Arrived right at 11am, so I beat the lunch rush. Big factor for my review.
Staff was friendly and helpful. I inquired about the new chicken, which they offered I could try it first. I really appreciated that.
They filled the bowl I got, decent portions all around, no need to ask for extra.
